Replacement of wornout components for 10000 GPH X 300 metre head HC pump set at pumping station Romain Palaran Stage-2nd by way of disconnecting of incoming electric supply, decoupling of pump and motor, unfastening from base frame and allied pipe network & accessories. Shifting/carriage of pump from pumping station to workshop for its repairs by using mechanical transportation, manual carriage/labour, tools and tackles. Dismantling of pump set and extraction of internal assembly. Providing, reconditioning, fabrication and fitting of pump impeller 06 nos. diffusers 06 nos. neck rings 06 nos. Replacement of damaged bearings by providing and fitting of new bronze rings with proper greasing. Job also includes Fabrication and fitting of diffuser bushes 06nos., reconditioning/fabrication of bronze ring housing by sleeve fitting and boring for ring size. Reconditioning of pump shaft (MOC-SS) including re-metalling, turning and finishing to bearing size. Re-assembling the unit and carriage of pump and motor set back to pumping station by using manual labour, tools and tackles and mechanical transport. Coupling pump motor set after making proper alignment, leveling and testing the pump set on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, head load carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
