Providing and fixing in repairs of false ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95% NRC 0.34, light reflectance approximate 84%, thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057 W/MK, colour white, fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 part 6 & 7 in module size 600x600x16mm thick suitable for green building application with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong silhoette profile exposed grid syatem with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhoutte, main runners and cross Tees to have mitred ends and birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The Tee sections have a galvanizing of 170 grams per sqm and passed through 500 hrs of salt test. The main runner spaced at 1200mm c/c. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or mosiac tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), rmoving servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium copper wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose and making good the disturbed surface of wall / ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with Multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed,FRLSH cable , 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded , drawn in and including rigid PVC surface type conduit / casing capping on walls/ floors/ ceiling etcwith and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly, cutting chasis to the wall s/ floors/ ceiling and repairing with existing surface after work ,complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable drawn through suitable rigid non metallic PVC conduit with one run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections all as directed. Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of 4.0sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as single run
