Sinking of New Borewell and well water Distribution pipe line at Veeriampalayam Area in Ward No.6, East Zone

1. Provision for Geologist from the TamilNadu Agricultural University for inspecting the site and for making the borewell point.

2. Drilling of borewell 150 mm dia vertical bores depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting causing pipe assembling in the drilled holes including welding, jointing, grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation etc for borewell.

3. Supply of 180 mm dia OD PVC casing pipe 6 kg/ cm2 suitable wall thickness including erection and welding including the cast of coupling etc complete..

4. Supply and delivery of borewell submersible pumpset with vertical type with all accessories with latest FS 8034 in general for the following duty conditions the pumpset should have diagonally balanced bronze impler and stainless shaft for motor and pump and directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous rated three phase fifty cycles 22/440 volts AC supply motor should be as per ISI with upto date amendment. The starter winding should be made from high conductivity PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable of suitable size of work Duty 125 PM x 150 M head., Supply and delivery of power coated MV panel incorporating switches and one on air break automatic star delta (FASD) Starter (have condenser ) Suitable for the above motor with suitable ammeter, voltmeter, single phasing cum dry running preventor, point lamps pneumatic timber suitable for 240V – 440V Providing termination @ TNEB Meter to MV panel board as per IE rules and as directed by Corporation officers.

5. Supply of 4 mm2 3 core copper, PVC insulated flat cable.

6. Labour for the erection of submersible pumpsets in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper claps upto the starter to the required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gauges upto exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN, Switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter 3 pilot (including lamps) capacitor, single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including construction of earth pits with earthing materials as per rules etc. complete testing pumpsets on trial run 30 days and as directed by Corporation officers.
