Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated coloured interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of cement with imported pigment including 30 to 40 mm thick sand cushioning bed including spreading levelling watering if required, Shape shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated coloured interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of cement without imported pigment including 30 to 40 mm thick sand cushioning bed including spreading levelling watering if required, Shape shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floor including rubbing and polishing over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete, all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid) , including all mouldings but excluding frame Set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Synthetic sports flooring (8 layers) with following specifications:- (a) Priming coat on overall surface with roller trowel brush. (b) Laying Geo fabric net & preboned SPR=latex polymer mat fixing materials. (c) Resurfacer Chemical with silica sand will be spread in two coats, giving seamless uniform surfaces. Note:-(i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe-10 cm. (ii) width of bed- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cms.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 450mm bore pipes all as specified. Note:-(i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe-10 cms. (ii) width of bed- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cms.
