PROVISION OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, CHLORINE DOZER AND ALLIED WORKS TO EXISTING 03 NOS BORE WELLS AT DIGLIPUR

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set of suitable for existing bore well of inner dia. 140 mm , outer dia. 150 mm with 65 Mtr head, 45 LPM and 1.5 HP, 215 Volts single phase complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar Cat No KU4-0814*ST or equivalent make of Havells / Beacon.

Supply, fix and testing Single Phase Submersible Pump Starter, Deluxe Model in S.S. Enclosure for heavy duty 2 pole contactor, 2 pole overload relay type, suppressed scale Voltmeter and ammeter with provision of terminals for dry run relay and necessary fitting and fixture all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: C&S or equivalent make of L&T / Siemens.

Supply and fixing Copper Cables, conductor submersible cable of 3 core 6 Sqmm compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Havells or equivalent make of Polycab / KEI.

Supply and fixing outer dia 50 mm size 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete all fitting and as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Prince / SFMC.

Supply and lay 40 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in trenches / floor / pillar / fixed on pole including excavation in hard / soft soil road cutting and RCC / PCC cutting etc for cable protection complete. Make: Jindal / Bansal / Tata.

Supply and fixing outer dia 40 mm size 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings complete all fitting and as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. (For bore well use). Make: Prince / SFMC.

Supply and fix steel wire rope 6 mm dia with all fittings accessories such as nut bolt, washer, clamp etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting it out in soft / loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level for laying pipes/ cables all as specified.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Removing the surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point all as directed.

Supply and fix 50 mm (2”) bore dia cast iron body non-return butterfly valve with bypass arrangement with all fittings complete all as specified. Make: Leader / Upadhyay / Audco.

M&L plain cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) for bore well foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of chlorine dosing system with agitator for hypo dosing system with sodium hypo chloride liquid chemical 200 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be submitted approved make details with necessary technical and physical features documents of the make.

Supply and fix bore well cap suitable for 150 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.
