Periodical maintenance, repair & operation of electrical & mechanical installations at various locations as mentioned in the special conditions of contract of New Terminal Building, Fire alarm system and 140 KLD Sewage Treatment by deploying adequate manpower in shifts as mentioned in the special conditions of contract complete as required. (on all working days inclusive of Sundays & Holidays)

Rewinding and repairing of single / three phase submersible motor - pump set of capacity below 5.0 HP, to and from transportation to workshop including testing complete as required (Agency shall be responsible to rewinding and repairing of motor-pump set for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer)

Lifting & Lowering of upto 10 HP submersible pump motor set along with detaching of column pipe by opening nuts & bolts and taking out entire pump system and lowering of entire pump system in the reverse order of the above process i/c chain block and supporting pipes transportation, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Painting of following poles in 2 coats by using Aluminium paint of approved make (Asian / Berger) including pole boxes, cleaning of surface etc., as required including rewriting the identification Sl. No. Bollard light pole of length not exceeding 3 Meter

Painting of following poles in 2 coats by using Aluminium paint of approved make (Asian / Berger) including pole boxes, cleaning of surface etc., as required including rewriting the identification Sl. No. Street light poles of length not exceeding 11 Meter

Making & fixing of Pole cap for 9 meter street light poles / Bollard Street light poles with locking arrangement & suitable thickness matching with poles complete etc. as required

Testing of treated water sample of sewage treatment plant from government approved laboratory. Collect water sample from outlet of sewage treatment plant, test water sample from government approved laboratory and submit the test report of water sample to the engineer in-charge at the end of each month.

Supply of consumables as mentioned below on monthly basis for maintaining desired quality of treated Water from STP as & when required (a)Alum-35 Kg (b) DAP-40 Kg (c) URIA-40 Kg (d) Chlorine-40 Ltr (e) Jaggery-30 Kg

Quarterly visit by Service Engineer of OEM/ Authorised dealer of OEM for checking the complete fire alarm system installed at New Terminal Building and other locations as mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract including submission of service reports to the Engineer-in-charge.

Execution of works as per CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022, DAR (E&M) 2022 & Latest CPWD Specifications as & when required. CPWD DSR (E&M) - Chapter 1 to 10, 14 & 17 The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below- • Please refer clause 43 of GTT page No. GTT-10 before quoting rates for this item. • If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% above the rates of DSR- 2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% below the rates of DSR- 2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
