Tender Notification Number and Date must be attested

The tenderers name, address, and contact numbers shall be mandatorily submitted in the confirmation letter.

A copy of the registration with the competent authority or MSME must be attached.

Copy of registration under the Shops and Establishments Act.

A mandatory declaration stating that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government department shall be submitted on a 100 e-stamp paper, duly signed and sealed by the firm.

All copies of documents enclosed with the tender must be mandatorily self-attested and submitted.

Necessary documents must be enclosed regarding the supply of stationery items and cleaning materials to Government Semi Government departments of the Karnataka State or to private parties during the financial years 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 Experience certificate including the above.

The bidder must have achieved an annual turnover of at least 5 lakhs in each of the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25, and a copy duly certified by a Chartered Accountant shall be enclosed.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration certificate copy must be attached.

Income Tax payment certificates for the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25 must be submitted.

Copies of GST returns along with proof of payment for the most recent three months of the financial year 2025-26 must be mandatorily submitted.
