Planning, Designing, and Construction of G+2 RCC framed structure building of "Construction of Hockey Stadium at Naharkatia in Dibrugarh District” with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.As per PAR 2021.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of Civil External development works, Earth Filling,Internal road with WBM and bituminous top, Cement concrete pavement with vacuum dewatered concrete,Boundary wall with 1500 mm high wall and 600 mm high MS grill including 2100 mm high steel gates at every 100 metres, Storm water drains, Trenches for Services,Septic Tank,Deep Tubewell, External sewage,Rain water harvesting (RWH), complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station and Electrical External Service Connections with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications,HT & LT Panel, Lift panel, Floor panel, Over Head HT& LT line,DG set with AMF panel, Service Connection from local agency if required , LED street/ compound/ high mast/ pathway/ landscape lighting for the entire campus etc., complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of SUPPLYING AND INSTALLATION OF SYNTHETIC HOCKEY FIELD BY FIH CERTIFIED FIELD BUILDER INLUDING HOCKEY GOAL POSTS & TEAM SHELTER : using FIH Global Category synthetic turf of size 102 m x 65 m including sub base,Rcc drainage system, footpath , sprinkler system and chainlink fencing etc. complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms,FIH Standards & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of Supplying and installation of Furniture for Dressing Room, Physiotherapy Room, Referee Room, Broadcasting Room, Reception, Guest Room, VIP Gallery,Spectator Seats In Pavilion etc.complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.
