Supply of factory assembled Diesel Generator set of reputed make as mentioned in the Annexure-I of Tender specification. The Diesel Generator Set rating should be 62.5KVA, 50KW,50Hz, 0.8PF comprising of reputed make Kirloskar Air cooled Diesel Engine developing 83 BHP @ 1500RPM coupled to reputed make Kirloskar Alternator 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz mounted on a common base frame complete with fuel tank capacity 150 lts. with certified acoustic enclosure as per GSR 371 (E), dated 17th May 2002 and standard control panel and Residential Silencer conforming to CPCB norms as per Departmental specifications consisting of the following:- a) Air cooled diesel engine with electric starting equipments, 12V batteries with leads etc., complete with accessories as detailed in technical specifications. b) Common bed with ‘Cushy foot’ anti-vibration mounting as required. c) Alternator of suitable capacity suitably coupled to the engine as per detailed technical specification. d) Piping and pumping work required for fuel system including all accessories

Supply and fixing of 200A four pole change over switch

Supply of 4 core 50 sqmm armoured Aluminium U.G. cable

Supply and making end termination with cable gland and Aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of size 1.1 KV grade as required (4x50 sqmm)

Supply and laying of 25 x 3 mm copper strip and connecting with earth electrode for neutral & body earthing

Providing Earth pits with Galvanized Iron medium pipe 3.0 mts long and 40mm diameter including accessories 250x50x6mm Galvanized Iron clamp with 12mm bolt, nut and washer for connecting earth wire, Reinforced Cement Concrete ring enclosure and cover plate complete as required as per I.E. Rules

Laying of one No. of PVC insulated LT UG cable of 1.1. KV grade of size 4x50 sqmm in the wall clamping and open duct.

Service charges towards dismantling and removal of existing old 40 KVA D.G. set and erection, testing and commissioning of new 62.5/50KW D.G. set with acoustic enclosure including supply and fixing of friction pads, positioning. Initial filling of lubricating oil, diesel and other civil works as required for installation of D.G. set and testing the D.G. set on load complete
