REPAIR TO SEEPAGE SUNKEN FLOOR ROOF TREATMENT LEAKAGE AND ASSOCIATED BR WORKS UNDER AGE BR II OF GE 865 EWS

M & L for water proofing treatment in Sunken floors consisting of following operations:- (i) Apply a coat of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with tapecreate 0.253 Kg/sqm after surface preparation all as per manufacturer's instructions. (Make of tape create: M/s CICO Engg services) (ii) Apply a hot bitumen30/40 (Grade S-35) conforming to IS-73-1961 @ 0.70 KglSqm and providing transparent polythene film 200 micron (heavy duty) conforming to IS-2508-1977 laid with 150mm overlaps (iii) Then apply 15 mm thick layer of cement slurry @ 1.288kg/sqm mixed with tape create @ 0 570 kg/sqm and course sand 1289 kg/sqm. Allow the treatment to air curing for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The whole treatment shall be taken upto full depth of parapet wall and tuck into groove in parapet alround (iv) Sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder, maintain proper slope for drainage, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 0.63 mm thick corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with J or L hooks, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 1.50kg/sqm and minimum 1.5 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric laid on primed surface by forced application on steel surfaces of any description including removing of old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound as per menufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete incl removing of old all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 10 above but except cement concrete blocks (old blocks obtained from demolition shall be reused).

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above but except stone (old stone obtained from demolition shall be reused).

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling structural steel work including doors and gates of any description.

S & F, Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled forfixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality 'A',complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F rolled tubular sections as in framing for clading, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of structural steel work and tubular section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection and finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in post holes hard/dense soil (of similar holes) each n. Exc. 0.50 cum getting out, removing surplus soil to a distance n. Exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces n. exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces including preparation over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type J type hooks or cranked bolts and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compactedbed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for coloured chequred cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300mm X 300mm X 25mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & no pigments and laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for existing old surface two coat apex floor ground paint on cement plaster floor, concrete floor, cement paver, lay tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 107460.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
