S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded Door shutter 30mm thick with 2, 4 or 6 raised pannels design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face of particle board core as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65x100 /65x125mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibbers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners not paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L Glazed printed/ coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm/450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 20 mm dia stainless steel chromium plated pipes for curtain rods with bracket and knobs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank and removing to store exeeding 250 but n.exc 500 ltrs complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling water tank and removing to store exeeding 500 but n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair CP bib taps long body , cast copper alloy, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handles, chromium plated, screwed down to iron pipes or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair for brass CP shower rose 125mm size complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 5 mm thick ACP wall cladding sheet in colour as directed by Engr-in-charge fixed on MS frame . The size of each panel not exc 1.5sqm. MS frame to be fixed on walls, chajja and fasad with Min 08 Nos GI fastener 5" long per 1.5 sqm, including all necessary repairing work as reqd, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including weather sealing sealent, masking tape, including cutting of V groves to fixing moulded ACP sheet self-tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-1.Work to be carried out upto four storey bldg with MS scaffolding not bamboo. 2. MS frame should be fixed on wall after painting.

S & F in 'E' board(Design: LACK & hill) : 605x605x4 mm thick, white pre laminated set embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanized iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall be comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thickgalvanised steel sheet and of size 24 mm X32mmX300 mm board spaced at 120 mm maximum center to center, hangers of GI wire4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawal plug level and fasteners and screws etc.,The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall , flushing fitting of 1200 mm longer cross tee(with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center from 1200X600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently . 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee(with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center from 1200X600 mm modules cross Tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently . The perimeter wall angle shall be 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 mm X 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for 10-15mm thick exterior PVC wall cladding (Jalli) sheet of medium denasity in colour white or as directed by Engr-in-charge with compterised numerical control (CNC cutting) as directed, fixed on MS frame. The size of each panel not exc 1.5sqm. MS frame to be fixed on walls, chajja and fasad with GI fastener 5" long per 1.5 sqm, including all necessary repairing work as reqd, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including weather sealing sealant, masking tape, including cutting of V groves to fixing molded PVC sheet with S/S self-tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-1.Work to be carried out up to four story bldg with MS scaffolding not bamboo. 2. MS frame should be fixed on wall after painting.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to sunk or raised moulding to flat surface over metal frame work incl reinforced with G.I. wire mesh & Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre & Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified and directed. S & F in fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm, semi perforated 12mm thick micro regular edged of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non-combustible as per BS 476 (part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F wall panelling at all heights (fire retardant and sound absorbent) with GRG ( Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) panels/tiles of 10 mm thick fully perforated suitable for acoustic purpose of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.70 to 0.85 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (Part 4)-1970 and light Reflectance of 75% to 85% (Minimum), comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanising @ 120 grams per square metre including both sides) i.e vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600 mm centre to centre in a floor and ceiling channel section of nickel coated size 50 x 32 mm fixed to the floor and ceiling at 600 centres using 12 mm dia, 50 mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fasteners with 10 mm bolt. The same channel is then to be fixed in horizontal direction at 600 centre to centre so as to form a grid of 600 x 600 mm. Glass wool of 50 mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally GRG ( Glass Reinforced Gypsum) non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickle coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2 mm on this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joint between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing compound and fibre joint tape roll 50 mmm wide ( 90 meter) roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer's specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M&L for PVC profile for wall paneling of size 23cm wide, 8mm over all thick and 01mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild square tubular steel frame work mad e out of MS Hollow section of size 25mm x 15mm x 2mm spacing 01 meter on both side frame work shall be fixed in wall with the help rawl plug and required length of screws and MS work shall painted with one coat of Red oxide primer for wall panelling,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs HPL or HDF board modular cubical for toilets of size 1.2 m x1.2m / 1.2 m x1.05m or as per site requirement with openable doors, hight of cubicals upto 2.1mtr, thickness of board shall be 10mm, density od board shall be 1.45gm/cm cu. , including with most extensively stainless frame for complete cubical and hardware along with standard adjustable foot, stainless steel top rail for providing extra length complete in all respect. S&F in repair vertical venetian blinds made out of nylon cloth of any clour 100mm wide strip as aprroved including hanging arrangement rollers etc complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair 12mm thick Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions, sliding doors, automatic doors and similar work of approved brand and manufactures, including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, including Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rate included all nessesry fitting and frame work for glass fitting, provision of top and bottom pivots, S/S handle, hinges, double action floor spring, stoppers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC slab, ceiling , columns, beams,chajja, balconies, staircase and as direceted, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removers of SIKKA restoff 100 applied two coast @0.15kg/Sqm per coat of steel surface and cleaning all rust with steel wire brush and washed with water and allowed to dry incl S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire , size not less than 75 x 75 mm and 3 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional re-inforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scurbbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry to this surface , apply chenmical policrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of oridinary poartland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering form work etc and finally applying 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing any type of existing roof treatment including bedding layer of concrete/mud any thickness in cement mortar and including carefully removal of solar plates and refixing the same at same place after the execution of work disposed from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding 50mm thick average over roof slabs for providing proper slope including finishing surface even and smooth without unsing extra cement with 150 ml bag cement water proofing compound by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for five layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane ( weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gms polester non-woven fabric with scratched tool before finishing roof surface. When the concrete surface is still green, the roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 / kg at 25 dgree and viscositing of 70 to 160 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface tourch application method after allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commenced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with brutane tourch. This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shal be for 10 years. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painting with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. (ii) Independent testing of membrane for the approval technical parameters specified hereinafter shall be carried out the approved laboratories like National test house any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing of membrane.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium chequered grill of anodized section pf mesh100x100mm or 80x80mm of 8/6/mm dia of bar fixed to frame with 20x20mm aluminium flat section with screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and S&F in repair for 16-18mm thick granite slab on top of floor, stairs, or any plateform including cutting polishing rounding on edge etc machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. including grinding and polishing including demolition of existing slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 20- 25 mm thick machine pressed tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M& L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed rubber form moulded precast interlocking concrete coloured (Red/yellow) paver block , in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2,(1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases , floors and pavings/ paver blocks etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L spreading and levelling of sand average 25 mm thick below inter locking paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
