Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

M&L pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 as in manhole cover, drain cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metres radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) complete.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' Brick straight or curved on plain to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4

M&L PCC 1:3:6 and type C2 using 40mm graded stone agregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested for 150mm dia pipes
