Removal of old WDI pole and supply & fix in repairs of frangible Wind Direction Indicator in compliance with Annexure 14, Vol. I par. 5.1.1 & full compliance with FAA, AC No. 150/5345-45. Frangible fiber glass Mast of red/ white of size 400x400x4500mm approx. Resistance to wind to minimum 140km/ hrs. easy lowering arrangement for maintenance without re-alignment required, Windsock in ICAO Red/ White or black white as directed of length 3.6 mtr x dia 0.9m of nylon fabric, water repellant & resistant to rotting and mildew, External & Internal LED lighting, mast assembly fitted with LED obstruction light complete with base of PCC as per OEM ditections, all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of LED light fitting 25 Watt outdoor type light fitting alongwith required LED lamp, pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, IP 65 protection and fixed on wind direction indicator pole using necessary GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washer including provision of copper flexible twin twisted PVC insulated cable complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of signage board, replacement of fadded signage sticker (as per originally on the signage board), replacement/ repair of damaged fixing pole, proper sealing with application of silicon gel, connection with flexible PVC insulated cable 1.5 sqmm etc complete as per direction for proper functioning of board.

Supply and laying in repair/ replacement XLPE insulated heavy duty screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor confirming to IS 7098 all as specified of 35 sqmm 3.5 core size.

Supply and laying in repair/ replacement XLPE insulated heavy duty screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor confirming to IS 7098 all as specified of 10 sqmm 2 core size.

Taking down old unserviceable pipe including Supply & laying of 63/50 mm dia SN-4 class-DWC (HDPE) pipe at suitable depth and making digged surface well as per previous, with full coupler. Coupler should be fixed properly ,all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Make- Syntex, Supreme, Gemini

Taking down old unserviceable tube light fitting & Supply and fix new LED batten of 18 watt of Crompton catpart no. LPLLA-18-CDL or equivalent in Philips/Havells/Bajaj as per directed.

S&F in repairs GI pipe light grade of 50 mm dia with necessary fittings, cutting if any required all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L PCC type B1 using 20mm grade stone agregate 1:2:4 grade all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, refilling in layers including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exc 50 mtrs and deposting where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

S&F LT jointing kit 1.1 KV epoxy PVC/ XLPE straight through joint suitable for 25/ 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
