Taking down, refixing & connecting electric meters up to 40 amps 3 phase including tightening of all contact points complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: New meters, if required shall be issued under Schedule 'B' as free for fixing. Old unserviceable meters shall be deposited in MES store & quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of the fact)

M&L for cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth wire 4 mm dia (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing and dismantling of existing unsv earthing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.
