P&L acid / alkali resistant bitumistic compound in layers of 10 to 12 mm thick over a coat of bitumastic primer on walls / floors / trenches of any depth / height after chipping and removing the old bitumastic and thorough cleaning of surface wherever required to build up a bitumastic layer of 12 mm thick including making a finished and levelled surface to receive the acid / alkali proof tile lining. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, tools, & tackles required for the work. The finished surface shall be measured for payment.

Salvaging good / reusable acid / alkali tiles of any size available from dismantlled acid / alkali proof tile lining work and processing for deacidisation with lime water etc. including relaying with bitumastic and pointing etc. in the trenches / floors / walls with suitable acid /alkali proof mortar (potassium silicate based) and epoxy based pointing as per specification with all tools and tackles, labour etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing modified phenolic resin based cerophen materials on old / alkali proof brick / tile lining after racking out of old joints upto a depth of 15 mm with suitable tools and cleaning the same for application of cerophens point materials as per the specification and direction of EIC.

External painting with high temperature aluminium paint of 400oC, two or more coat, on different calciner parts like VD1, VD2, MC, RC, Furnace, seal pot, mixing pot, cooler cyclone, FBC and associated ducts using necessary machines, labour, tools and tackle etc. for calciner A,B,C&D complying with IS13183
