Bottom door seal of length 30" to 36" made of aluminium with brush/PVC fixed with stainless steel screws to cover gaps at bottom of the door upto 15-18mm complete all as specified.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples a fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

Taking down old shutters exc 1 sq.m but n. exc 2 sq.m each including hinges from MS chowkats/frames and S&F new 03 Nos 125mm long (5x14) stainless steel butt hinges fixed by self tapping suitable screws or by welding as directed to existing MS chowkat/frame and re-fixing the same shutter also including preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Minor welding to steel door/pintel hinges/hinges/steel shutters/gates/frame work etc n. exc. 10mm thick and the like works incl connecting of new MS sections of any description/size complete all as specified. Note : Any new MS Sections shall be measured and paid separately under supply only and labour for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Supply only MS sections of approved sections/size Fe-290 (Gde E-65)Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete all as specified.
