Supply and fixing in truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally and internally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP-31(9.0 metre long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally and internally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. The scope of work includes the following:- INCOMING (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 630 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 01 Set (b) MCCB four pole 400 Amp with microprocessor release and rupturing capacity 35 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No. OUTGOING (a) MCCB four pole 160 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 03 Nos. (b) MCCB four pole 63 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 16 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 02 Nos.

OUTGOING (Contd...) (c) MCB SPN 20 Amps, 240 volts, C-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I - 02 Nos. (d) Three phase street light timer switch, 415 Volts including CT 400/5, Contactor 63 Amps and interlocking with MCB SP 63 Amps etc. - 01 Set. CONTROL SYSTEM (a) Sets of indication lamps R,Y,B ( LED type) - 01 Set of 03 Nos. (d) Digital type multi function meter to show voltage (0-500 V range), current (0-500 Amps range), frequency 50 Hz, etc- 01 No. Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) All MCCBs/instruments/MCBs/Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on-off latches in the housing. (g) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 53.00 & 53.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 53.00 of BOQ.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Electrical driven Booster Pumps confirming to IS-12469 with CI Casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volt, 3 phase , 50 Hz , 36 M Head, 450 LPM Discharge complete all as directed

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of 100 mm dia (Nominal Bore) heavy grade MS pipe, IS : 1239 marked with all necessary fittings like tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc. welded or screwed joints as required, fixing the pipe with necessary structural supports including preparing exposed mild steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (colour code as per fire fighting norms) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing 100 mm dia size butterfly valve, flanged ended (Wafer Type) IS-13095 marked with stainless steel disc & stem, lever operated, class PN 16 including all jointing materials such as leather gasket, bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suction guide having CI body, CI cover, Y type-CI strainer, start up filter of fine brass mesh and MS/ CI guide vans for water pump with flanges, nuts, bolts gaskets etc, for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as directed.

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of 100 mm dia Burden type, Stainless Steel dial type pressure gauge including brass isolation valve with fixing accessories and pipe having caliberation of 0-15 Kg/cm2 complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection (suction collecting head) consisting of four nos 63 mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia sluice valve, one no 150mm dia NRV and 150mm dia flanged outlet with all accessories complete all as directed.

Providing & Fixing of 63 mm dia 15 metre long non-percolating flexible hose (RRL- type A) as per IS : 636. Type A with S.S. male & female instantaneous type coupling (IS 903) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing of weather proof standard fire hose cabinet (800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm deep) for yard hydrants fabricated from 16 SWG powder coated (Fire red finish) M.S. sheet including fire brigade inlet connection having full front single or double opening glazed (4.0 mm thick glass) shutter including necessary locking arrangement by allan key with " Fire Hose" marked on front, suitable for housing 2 Nos. Hose pipe, 1 No. branch pipe & nozzle spanner complete all as specified and directed..

Providing & Fixing of wall mounting swinging type first aid fire hose reel with drum, hanging bracket fabricated from 25mm dia pipe, 30 Mtr. length x 20 mm dia high pressure hose reel tubing as per IS: 444 with gun metal (GM) shut off nozzle having 5 mm dia orifice with shut off valve. The hose reel shall be conforming to IS : 884-1985. Rate shall include for 25 mm dia M.S. pipe connection from Riser to hose reel, sockets, nipples, elbows and ball valve (25 mm dia). Drum shall be fixed on wall through anchor fasteners / cement concrete block as and when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia Gun Metal branch pipe with 20 mm bore nozzle for hose reel confirming to IS 8090 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Fire Alarm sounders/siren electronic type horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for at least 50 minute with sound level 65db to 120db measured at 1.5 mtr with sound output variation of +5db 500 mtr range complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted signs consisting of zinc sulphide luminescent coating on acrylic sheet and of size 150x300mm and rows on other half and types as directed by GE like EXIT or STAIR CASE etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installiation, testing and commissioning of Butterfly valve size of 80mm dia duly insulated having cast iron body, seat of black nitrile rubber, nylon coated S.G iron disc PTFE coated SS (AISI 410) shaft etc with companion flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing of 80 mm bore size cast iron body non return valve, ISI marked (IS 5312), with gun metal working parts, heavy duty, double flanged, including jointing materials i.e rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system of 1000 LPD capacity. The solar water heating system shall be confirming to IS 12933 and 13129 (amended) and comprising of the following :- (a) Cylindrical type hot water tank of capacity 1000 litres made of stainless steel sheet 1.60 mm thick including insulation with PUF 50mm thick of 40 kg/cum density covered with SS 430 stainless steel cladding with 1mm thick sheet and staging all as directed. Provision of electrical heating backup system incl thermostate and element etc as per OEM. (b) 10 Nos collector flat type of capacity 100 litres each and having dimensions as per OEM with ISI marked including cover plate, collector box, absorber, insulation and mild steel staging all as directed. (c) Fabricating, supply & fixing of make up water tank of suitable capacity made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet including 15mm bore size float valve (ISI marked), painting 2-coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on external steel surfaces and internal steel surfaces shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint all as specified and directed . (d) Temperature gauge ISI Marked dial type having range 0-100 degree centigrade. (e) Water connection from collectors to hot water tank, make up water tank including GI pipes and insulation etc complete.

S & F steel water tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including insulation with O class Nitrile Rubber of 9mm thickness with aluminium cladding fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for following bore complete all as directed:-

DEMOLITION WORKS Taking down Bib taps, stop cocks, angle valves, pilllar taps of 15mm size of cast copper alloy complete all as directed.

Dismantling looking mirrors any type and size complete all as directed.

Dismantling water closet (any type) alongwith flushing cistern complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete from existing conduits, from PVC Casing/capping with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc and removal of old material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DB’s including MCB’s with board and fixture of any description complete all as directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain wiring any size and any description including conduits or PVC Casing/capping all as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of 300mm size from existing position by disconnecting electrical connection complete all as directed.

Taking down old tube light fittings/light fittings any type and wattage and removal from site complete all as directed.

Taking down old security lights any type and wattage including mounting brackets etc and removal from site complete all as directed.

Taking down water storage heater (Geysers) of 25 litre capacity from existing position by disconnecting inlet and outlet pipes, vent pipe, electrical connection complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old earthing any type (except copper earthing) complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old copper earthing any type complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable copper earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable Air termination rods of any size fixed to any location complete all as directed.

Taking out existing damaged/unserviceable Steel tubular pole 8.5 metre long and removal from site complete all as directed.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit sch for buildings and other services i.e Sch 'A' section XIV (i.e Rs 5,56,578.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
