REPAIR MAINT OF LT UG CABLE AND PANELS AT CANTT AREA FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS AT MAP OR BLOCK OF P 10 AND P 5 NAD P 12 AND MISC WATER SUPPLY AT SEVOKE STN UNDER GE SEVOKE ROAD

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line in any type of soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured separately)

Supply and laying fly ash brick as cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 40 mm light grade for UG cable protection with all fitting fixed to pole or laid in trenches or laid in floor/road complete all as directed.

M& L for laying LT underground Cable, including takingdown existing u/s XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 10 Sq mm, 2 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete incl making necessery cable end connection with lugs and coloued tape all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but 16sqmm, 4 core all as specified.

All as per item No 7 above but 25sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified.

All as per item No 7 above but 35sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified.

M&L for boring holes 2 mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. all as specified and directed. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

M&L for water proof, 3core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for electrical connection of street light fittings with MCB SP in junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling mass concrete type-C2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 35Sqmm, indoor/outdoor type including taking out & relaying damaged cable after repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Excavation and connected items will be measured and paid separately.)

M & L for servicing of cable juction box by dressing of cable heads with colored codes ,replacement of cable terminals with cable lugs and refixing of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable junction box with terminals having dressed with four colour Tap, having protection "weather proof" for outside installation with metric knockout entry for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core and size 155x210x92mm with terminals with one MCB SP 6A complete with all pole brackets arrangements and fixing including taking down all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of LT Panel including fixing of damaged doors including disconnecting of all LT cable and refixing including painting and replacement of lugs and applying insulation tape with colour code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of metalic surface with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for red oxide zinc chrome of metalic surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Inspection of Motor pump set in MES store by meggering motor and dismantling pump parts, cleaning and greasing opf movable parts, showing all parts to Engr-in-Charge , re assembling all spare parts and marking capacity and serviceability status with paint on motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out submersible pump set of any capacity from bore well complete with column pipes of any size, submersible cable and steel wire rope, lowering the same in bore well after carry out necessary repairs/lowering of spare Pump including T & P arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well using conventional method by means of air compressor of suitable capacity at least 12 hours minimum, until sand free/mud free, clean water obtained from the existing deep tube well complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking up and down of pump motor set will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore medium grade, 2.5 metres length , burried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metrs below ground level connected with earthing lead galvanised iron strip of size 25x4mm with protection pipe of 32mm dia, with alternate layer of salt, charcoal and benzonite 600mm all around the electrode all as shown in SSR electrical plate No. 2 to the earthing test point including testing on completion including taking down old U/S earthing & tsting complete all as specified and as directed.
