Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Stone Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, masonary built in cement mortar 1:6 including hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 5 here-in-before, but except stone, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing with CM 1:3, to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarses, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block (madeout of PCC Type C1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, for masonry straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preperation of old decorated wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Structural steel tubular work, as in trusses, main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with cleats or other connecting plates including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240; all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel, structural steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment; confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A; complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil; complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel with 32.5 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel framed work such as grill, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4, (20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs (for man holes etc.) or shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match; complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors, hardstanding, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, hardstanding etc., including finishing the surfaces without using extra cement; complete all as specified and adirected.

M&L for Sand filling, spreading to required level, gradient including consolidation by patting and watering as required; as in sand cushioning for laying paver blocks, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement mixed with pigment to match with the colour of tiles, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mmx300mmx10mm thick non skid ceramic tiles (parking floor glosy finish paver tiles) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured (using pigment) cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonary etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type from any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc. including binding wire, etc., complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling in post holes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; including all necessary drilling for bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 x6mm thick Mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including securing bolts; to posts and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing madeout of galvanised Mild Steel wires of any size or type/ Pattern as approved all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10mm dia Mild Steel round bars of Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde. E-165), fixed to Top and bottom of chain link fencing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed on both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, having length of bolt exc 10cm but n exc 15cm, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Length of ordinary bolts shall be measured from the underside of the head to the end of shank; length of double ended bolts and lewis bolts shall be measured overall.

Dismantling/ taking down barbed wire fencing of any description all as directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails, straning bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Each line wire to be measured separately).

Restraining and rescuring including making good staple etc., of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Each line wire to be measured separately).

M&L for Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on the prepared surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/ fibre glass reinforced translucent sheet of any gauge/ thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as directed.

S&F Pre-laminated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of colour (as approved) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering in any curvature, fixed with self tapping screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc., all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick etc., complete as in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material such as soils to a distance n,exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level of n,exc 1.5 m above the strating point complete as directed.

Removing building materials such as debries etc, after initial stacking on obtaining from demolition/ taking down, to a distance exc 5 km and n exc. 10 km by tractor and trolley, to outside the defence land included in the rates, including loading, unloading and spreading at the destination complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(1) The unit per load shall be considering capacity of trolley as 4 cum of debries. (2) The rate quoted shall deemed to have been deducted the cost of initial load which is inclusive in the quoted rates of taking down/demolition of the materials. (3) Contractor shall be soleny responsible for desposing the material in the outside Defence land and no disputes shall arise from those land owners and disputes it any raised at any date/ later stage by those land owners, contractor shall be held responsible and cost of resolving such desputes shall be recovered from the contractor without any pre judice. (4) The material that shall be desposed shall have no salvage value and Number. of loads shall be certified by the BOO suggested by Engineer-in-charge in the presence of contractor/ his authorised representative & as convined by GE.
