MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS REQUIRED FOR B/R & E/M SERVICES (Sch 'A' Part-X)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S & F 15mm bore dia two way bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule & fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel premium 6 pin / hook cloth hanger for bathroom complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of valve chamber of sizes 1200mm x 1200mm x1200mm (internal dimensions) complete with MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron) frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and locking arrangements, with handle duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black synthetic enmel paints including excvation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation ,PCC benching 1:2;4 type B-1 ,PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20 cm thick in cement mortor (1:6),10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 ,PCC bed in (1:3:6) and coping 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate including necessary formwork,painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminious black paint on all metalic surfaces as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for cutting and screwing existing 80 mm dia steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply & laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe(DWCPE) (SN8) for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for boring holes 1mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m.
