Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a). 1st Floor
R.C.C. work in C.C. M-250 using 12 mm to 20mm size (20 mm not be exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour, T& P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per direction of the Engineer-in-charege. a).
