Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling cast iron work of any description of manhole cover or similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type including Mild steel bars, flat iron , nuts & bolts etc complete all as specifeid and directed .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion concrete, brick work, masonry work, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retreived debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up to 150mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition and breaking up to 200mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in landings, cover slabs of manhole, septic tank etc, and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork, moulds etc and incl taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manhole /septic tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 meter mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel angle posts and struts in fencing , flat iron including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel MS round bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending hooking etc and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type 4 mm dia galvanized wire (100x100) mm mesh made upto matress lapped wire and laid on position / fixed on poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured 450x350x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished, chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:6) on on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Bip tap standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm - 90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 200 mm bore drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern, 10 liter capacity, valveless, symphonic action type with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incl bracket, PVC connection pipe and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls using MS holder bat, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100/110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/160mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses , lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth and sewage lines by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china bowl urinal bowl type, of size 465x355x265mm, white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern but including flush pipe & waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement mortar including 15 mm brass stop cock and waste coupling brass CP, complete complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet, wall hung EWC, white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) complete in all respect all as specified

Checking and attending to complaints of no water supply, water leakage from bib taps, stop cock, pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer, angle valve, concealed valve,shower rose , health faucet & jet, float valve, of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area & requires plumbing including carrying out minor repair such as replacement of washers, brass spindle/phases of brass, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread (soot), Teflon tape, M-Seal, screws (any size), nails (any size) to make water supply/plumbing lines & fiittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/ users complete all as directed. Note : (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of sewage line different dia incl manhole by rodding , taking out the muck, mud & other debries from inside the sewage line/ manholes, removing the debris to a distance exc, 200m & not exc. 250 m & covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (c) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.
