REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT NETWORK INCLUDING TRANSFORMER AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS AT CQA (ICV) AREA UNDER GE GOLCONDA

Dehumidification and filteration of transformer oil at different locations by dehumidification plant and including testing of oil samples both before and after filteration, the dielectric strength of the transformer oil shall be not less than 40 KVA with 2 mm gap after filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for necessary T&P for collection of transformer oil sample, testing kit, filteration plant and also include for making necessary connection to filtration plant from transformer and switch gear. (b) Test results obtained shall be recorded and submitted to Engineer-in-charge and kept in record duly signed.

S&F transformer oil low viscosity of approved make / quality with rupturing capacity 60 KV for 60 Seconds suitable for 11 KV tansformer as per IS 335 of 1983 for topping up / replacement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Transformer oil shall be of ISI Marked, approved make and brought at site in sealed container only.

Disconnecting defective oudoor / indoor power distribution transformer of capacity 200 / 500 KVA from HT/LT and earth conection and including taking out from two pole structure / plinth and removing out complete transformer oil, storing the same in suitable containers (to be provided by contractor) opening top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer winding core refixing the same after repair, refilling the transformer oil after dehumidification and filteration including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, transportation of transformer from site to work shop and re-installing the same at any site and painting of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The materials required for rectification of defects such as rewinding / transformer oil / bushes / LV Bushes / Insulators / HV bushes / insulators and gasket kit and oil filteration etc, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Dehumidification and filteration shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing the burnt out HT winding of transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA and rewinding with braided copper conductor to match with the existing gauge and No. of turns complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 04 above but for LT windings

Removing the burnt out / damaged insulation of complete LV winding and reinsulating with new insulation upto 500 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quantity is measured on insulation carried out on each Kg of LV winding

After completion of rewinding of tranformer HT winding up to 500 KVA, the rewinded each core along with winding is kept in oven with constant temparature of 80°C for 48 hours for better insulating process of HT winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of brass LV bushes, nuts, check nuts, etc, as per the existing size / model for transformers of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of brass HV bushes, nuts, check nuts, etc, as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of LV side insulators as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
