Installation & commissioning of M.V feeder pillar VCB for 3.3 KV. ‘Supply with 1 No. incoming, 1600 Amp & 4 No. outgoing of 400 Amp. each motor panel. The VCB's shall be of Horizontal draw out type, Horizontal isolation with 26.2 KA fault level PT ratio 3300/110V, CT ratio 1200/5 for incoming 220/5 for outgoing with IDMT relay for over loaded fault/ earth fault. The auxiliary relay shall Pc No plus MC along with Amp meter having CT ratio as above. volt meter 1 No. for incoming along with minimum copper bus bars. the outgoing feeder shall also have Micro processor based motor protection relay with advance features of over lolling, under loading dry, run, phase loss, phase revision, locked rotor, stalling etc and completed in all respect including all left over mist . Item that is power pack/ UPS & separate chemical earthling specification approved by technical committee. 75-meter aluminum conductor XLPE cable 3.3 KV confirming to IS 1554/11-1988 with latest amendment 630 Square mm 3 core armored and sheathed with 6 No. Bimetallic clamp 630 mm square as per specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-C). Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 8. Old scrap will be property of the department, if any. 9. Completion period – completion period is 7 Months. 10. Agreement for maintenance / service of the work will be drawn with L-1 Agency on the terms and conditions given in SLA issued by C.E./LCU, I&WR Department Haryana Panchkula letter No. 1089-91/NABARD/2020 dated 16.09.2020 (copy attached). Agreement shall be for five years or 10000:00 Hrs. of working of electro mechanic equipments from the date of commencement of the agreement. 11. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 12. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 13. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 14. Successful agency will submit drawing of the work within week period from the date of approval of rate by competent authority. 15. HT bolt to be used instead of SS bolt. 16. Performance test of pumps 50 % of quantity of pumps irrespective of cubic capacity. 17. Delivery pipe will be inserted in existing pipes and shall be less by 2inch dia and also as per site requirement. 18. Authorization from OEM be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 19. Only OEM panel and starter will be accepted and not system integration. 20. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 21. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates.
