RequiredManufacturers or their authorized distributors or authorized dealers of products shall participate in the tender. The bidders should upload a manufacturing certificate, the authorized distributors or authorized dealers should upload authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer.
Required(OR) Should upload the MOU document from manufacturers or their authorized distributors or authorized dealers on e-procurement platform for the items mentioned in the tender document.
RequiredRegistration Certificate (Any Govt. Registration, Viz., Individual Contractor/SSI/NSIC/BIS/FIRM/Company Registration etc.,) should be uploaded
RequiredValid Statutory Registrations viz: PAN, GST Registration and Latest IT Returns (FY 2022-23/2023-24/2024-25).
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover (approx. 100% ECV value) in any one year during the last (5) financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Should upload the Annual Turnover certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant
RequiredThe bidder should have similar work experience with value of work done not less than Rs.137.60 Lakhs (i.e., approx. 50% of the ECV) in supply of SIMILAR ITEMS to Central Govt. / State Govt. Organization in any One year during the last 5 financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.
RequiredDocumentary evidence with Experience certificate issued by a competent authority of cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer/SP/ACP/DCP Engineer should be uploaded.
