Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators etc and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Light fittings shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including medium grade, PVC casing caping and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, (ISI marked) with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box (with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aiuminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally. and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following :-

(a) One light/ fan/bell point, controlled by one, one way switch.

(b) One socket out let 3 pin 5 Amps on the same board.

(c) One socket outlet of 3 pin 5 Amp on independent board.

(d) One bell point controlled by one 5 amp bell push

-do- all as per item No 2 above but with 2.5 Sqmm

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but for gyser/AC point one socket outlet of 15 Amps fixed on independent board with 4.0 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor wire FRLS PVC insulated and 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor wire FRLS PVC insulated as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing earthing and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I. ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

S&F in repair service connection of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core multistandard cable flat or circular of 6 Sqmm including taking down old service cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair 36 watts CFL lamp 4 pin type suitable single phase, 240 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make :- Wipro/Bajaj /Crompton Greaves as approved by AGE).

Supply and fix in repair 11 watts CFL lamp 2 pin type suitable single phase, 240 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make :- Bajaj /Crompton Greaves/Havells as approved by AGE).

M & L in repair for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red, black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper coductor of nominal cross sectional area of 6.0 Sq mm (FRLS) in PVC casing & capping non metallic including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross section area of 4 Sq mm (FRLS) of continuous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE: Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & One run of 4 sqmm cable and One run of PVC casing & capping shall be paid as one unit length.)

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable, supply and Laying in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with cable size aluminum lugs and testing. XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, all as specified directed by Engineer In charge of cross sectional area of 10 Sqmm 2 core

S & F in repair box type fitting 1x 16w, blue coloured end caps, prewired for LED tube including LED tube 16 watts, including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge.”. All as per item No 55 here in before but Exhaust Fans of size 15”/16”/18" Sweep – ditto-

NOTE:-(i) The super enamelled winding wire is to provided shall be any one make of Devidayal/USHA/Chetak of appropriate gauge as directed by Engr-in-charge.. (ii) Any Un-serviceable parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Ceiling Fans/Exhaust Fans for rewinding complete repair item etc shall be done E/M yard , No Extra payment shall be made on this account.

taking down geyser of cap-50 ltrs of any type/Make for existing position and location for refixing after carrying out following repairs :- (a) Dismantling geyser complete (b) Supply and replace brass door inlet outlet connection assy. Complete including rubber ring/gasket, screws, nuts and washers complete. (c) Cleaning & descaling inner vessel assy and pressure leakage testing.

Ditto as per item No above but for 25 ltrs geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
