Colour washing with two coats of Plastic Emulsion for interior surface over a coat of primer after thorough scrapping including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete. - 10sq.m

Painting one coat of white cement over the inner ceiling surface, including cost of all labur, lead, lift, scaffoldng, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Painting one coat with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality over the iron surface including scrapping, clean removal of dirt, labour charges, cost of paint, etc., complete
