SPL REPAIR FOR RE-DEVELOPMENT OF VARIOUS BOREWELL BY AIR COMPRESSOR AND ALLIED SERVICES UNDER GE (WEST) PATHANKOT

M&L for Development (contineously) of tube well No 2, 3, 7, 13, 14, 15, 17 of depth 110 Mtr to 150 Mtr by means of heavy duty compressor 10 Kg/sqcm (Compressor to be arranged by contractor at his own cost including POL) for first 24 Hrs by lowering suitable dia injector pipes with required size of air line to the required depth for development of well by compressed air till sand free clean water is obtained and testing the yield of borewell for continious running by means of V notch including removal of injector pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but as subsequent development beyond 24 hours if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pouring Pea gravels of size 2mm to 3mm around the liner assembly as per site requirement including continuous watering during development of bore well complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Breaking old foundation & construction of Foundation of tube well of size 0.80 x 0.80 mtr having 45 cm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including plasterring the outer surface with Cement mortar 1:4 ,10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and GI pipe 80mm dia medium grade embedded through out the block of 1.2 mtr length with GI Plug on end for laying cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out the submersible/VT pump of capacity 40 HP alongwith column pipes complete including disconnecting from the electric & outlet water connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Submersible pumps will be taken out for development of bore well against ser item No 1 here-in-before.

All as per ser item No 05 here-in-before but of capacity 30 HP

All as per ser item No 05 here-in-before but of capacity 20 HP

M & L for lowering the existing submersible/VT pump of capacity 40 HP taken out against ser item No 5 here-in-before complete with column pipes incluuding making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lowering the existing submersible/VT pump of capaccity 30 HP taken out against ser item No 6 here-in-before complete with column pipes incluuding making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lowering the existing submersible/VT pump of capacity 20 HP taken out against ser item No 7 here-in-before complete with column pipes incluuding making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the water sample from bore well and carry out the test for 17 parameters as per indian standard drinking water specifications (BIS-10500:1991) from Govt approved lab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of Over head tanks 40 to 50 feet high of capacity 25000 to 30000 Glns by under taking the cleaning in two stage process as under, (i) Descalling the inner surface by using high pressure rotary jets, pumping out the mud, algae and other dust particles by suction pump and industrial vaccum cleaner. (ii) Treatment of walls, roof and floor by specially developed biodegradable and eco friendly antibacterial agent

All as per ser item No 12 here-in-before but capacity of 50000 Glns

M&L for Repair the spot leakage on the inner wall of OH tanks by scrapping, filling PCC of mixed with water proof compound, including making good and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (NIL). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
