Manning and operation for electrical installation (MH Power House) inclusive of 11 KV RMU-01 Nos, 11 KV VCBs 11 Nos, step down transformer 11 KV/ 0.433 KV 12 Nos, CSS 11 KV with RMU, VCB and transformer 03 Nos, LT electrical distribution panels and cabling network of complete Military Hospital JRC by deploying one electrician having minimum 05 years experience in electrical field and ITI in electrical technology in one shift of 08 hours for round the clock as following :- (a) 0600 hrs to 1400hrs (b) 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (c) 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Notes : (a) Contractor will deploy ITI holder electrician trade with minimum 02 years experience or matriculate with 05 years minimum experience from Govt. / Pvt sector 01 No each for 03 shifts per day with arrangement of reliever for their weekly rest permanent minimum for 11 months from the date of work order. (b) Electrical safety equipment like gloves helmet, electrical tool kit, etc will be given to electricians on duty by the contractor and rate for these items will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement LT panel, outdoor cubicle type weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size, suitable to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 volts, 50 Hz double door with front and rear openable with locking arrangement including inner independent enclosures for all switches/ MCCBs/ metering equipments with hinged shutters, bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes with cable glands of suitable size of cable & cable glands as per number of outgoings, prewired complete duly powder coated with 7 tank process with base frame made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm, legs 50cm long grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 including brick masonry platform duly plastered with cement mortar (1:4) 45cm above ground level and 30cm below ground level comprising with following complete :- (a) Bus bar strip, four pole and capacity 630 Amps, size be based on 1.5 Amps per Sqmm, copper, coloured with plastic coated insulated and sleeves in four colours (Red, Yellow, Blue and Black) fixed on porcelain insulators with necessary nuts and bolts and washers etc.

Supply & filling transformer insulation oil for topping up the level of oil having di-electric strength 45-60 KV (minimum) at a electrode gap of 2.5mm upto the required level of transformer and testing of di-electric strength of oil in transformer before and after filling complete all as specified and directed. (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed containers).

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil using transformer oil filtration-cum-dehydration plant to eliminate foreign particles and to improve di-electric strength upto 50 KV (min) in 2.5mm electrode gap and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit below 0.5 mg KOH/ cm complete all as specified and directed. (Record of di-electric strength of insulating oil achieved after dehydration shall be given in writing by the contractor to the deptt).
