SCHEDULE-A , PART-III (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This Schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as Rs.0.00 under Column 5 signifies this fact only.

Taking up or down, steel tubing, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work, 80 mm bore, complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work, 100 mm bore, complete all as directed.

Supply and Laying, 80 mm bore, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water mains, with spigot and socketed ends, Class K9, ISI Marked [IS 8329:2000 (Reaffirmed 2005)], in any length, laid in trenches,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Push on flexible joints with rubber gaskets, will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Laying, 100 mm bore, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water mains, with spigot and socketed ends, Class K9, ISI Marked [IS 8329:2000 (Reaffirmed 2005)], in any length, laid in trenches,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Push on flexible joints with rubber gaskets, will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and laying, ductile iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, ISI Marked [IS 9523 :2000 (Reaffirmed 2005)], suitable for bore of pipe up to 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, cast iron double flanged long type,lever operated, butterfly valve,size 40 mm, PN 4.0, Class 300, with stainless steel shaft, ISI Marked (IS-13095:1991, Reaffirmed 2003),including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, cast iron double flanged long type,lever operated, butterfly valve,size 150 mm, PN 4.0, Class 300, with stainless steel shaft, ISI Marked (IS-13095:1991,Reaffirmed 2003),including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out silt deposits from PS overhead water reservoir of 9600 Gallons capacity on 12 Metres high staging, removal of silt to a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres away from the periphery of the tank staging base and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 Metres including washing down thoroughly the walls, top and bottom of overhead water reservoir and applying evenly lime soda solution and again washing down thoroughly with clear water and including complete draining off of accumulated water inside the reservoir, after complete removal of silt deposits inside the reservoir, complete all as directed. Location: - Pump House No. 7,8,9,10 & 11.

Taking out coagulated sludge from steel sedimentation tank/sump of 1,00,000 Litres capacity, removal of sludge to a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres away from the periphery of the tank and spread where directed, including washing down thoroughly the walls and bottom of sedimentation tank and applying evenly lime soda solution and again washing down thoroughly with clear water and including complete draining off of accumulated water inside the tank/sump, after complete removal of sludge inside the tank/sump, complete all as directed. Location: - Pump House No. 7,8 & 9.

Taking out silt deposits from RCC overhead water reservoir of 50000 Gallons capacity on 12 Metres high staging, removal of silt to a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres away from the periphery of the tank staging base and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 Metres including washing down thoroughly the walls, dome/top and bottom of overhead water reservoir and applying evenly lime soda solution and again washing down thoroughly with clear water and including complete draining off of accumulated water inside the reservoir, after complete removal of silt deposits inside the reservoir, complete all as directed. Location: - Pump House No.9.

Taking out coagulated sludge from semi-underground, RCC sedimentation tank/sump of 1,00,000 Litres capacity, removal of sludge to a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres away from the periphery of the tank and spread where directed, including washing down thoroughly the walls and bottom of sedimentation tank and applying evenly lime soda solution and again washing down thoroughly with clear water and including complete draining off of accumulated water inside the tank/sump, after complete removal of sludge inside the tank/sump, complete all as directed. Location: - Pump House No. 9,10 &11

Taking out mud, silt, clay, coagulated sludge deposits from, open channels/ RCC duct from jack well to river bank and jack well of size 8000 mm internal dia. & 8500 mm depth, removal of deposit materials to a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres away from the periphery of the channel and well and spread where directed, including washing down thoroughly the walls and bottom of channels and jack well and applying evenly lime soda solution and again washing down thoroughly with clear water after complete removal of deposit materials, complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for valve pit cover suitable for brick masonry valve pit of size 600 mm X 600 mm X 600 mm (internal dimensions) made out of 3 mm thick MS plate welded with 40 x 5 mm thick FI frame all round including provision of hinges, handles, locking arrangement, ISA 40 x 40x 5 mm frame, fixed on top of existing valve pit by means of hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Block size 230 X 200 X 100 mm) including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and including taking down existing unserviceable valve pit cover, complete all as specified and directed.
