Installation of Deep Tube Well : Installation of two (02) nos. 200 mm dia. size Deep Tube Well (No-1) and Deep Tube Well (No-2) by DTH Rig complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - I(A) & I(B) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Raw Water Conveying Main from Deep Tube Well to the Treatment Plant : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 50 mm dia. G.I. pipes Raw water pumping main from Deep Tube Well (DTW) No-1 & No-2 site at Foot Hill to Treatment Plant site (at Top Hill) conforming to relevant BIS Code (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc., manufactured by the same manufacturere of pipe and including transportation of the pipes & specials upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the ppipes & specials in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc.; including supplying, fitting and fixing of all required sluice valve, non return valve air valve etc., all of required pressure class & of reputed make conforming to relevant BIS specification (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution); hydraulic testing of the same (pipes specials & valves); construction of required valve chamber and, including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; acquiring permission for road cutting etc., if any, from the competant authority; restoration of the excavated road surface (both heard crust and/or side berm) to its original condition; Making of supporting pillars for portion of pipe line to be laide along depressed area/ nullah crossing etc., if any; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - II(A) & II(B) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Raw Water Pumping Machinery and other accessories comprising of : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning including trial run of 2 Nos. (1 Working + 1 Standby) SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SET (for 2 nos. DTW) 03 (Three Phase) along with 500 Rm G.I. Column pipes, pipe clamps, power cables, steel cable rope and submersible cable complete as directed and specified by the deptt. of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification and & other regulatory norms. Three phase Submersible motor pump set (Texmo / Crompton Greaves/ Aquatic/ CRI/ V-Guar suitable for 100 mm bore well and above. 7.5 HP stage 40/ 50 with MCB controlled Submersible motor pump set control panel including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear and all all necessary electrical and other installation works thereof along with required capacity Capacitor Bank Panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming system, anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, hooking up of the pump with the raw water pumping main as described in subsequent items of this BoQ etc., all complete as directed and specified. (Note : Contractor has to furnish manufacturer's test certificate and characteristic performance curve of the pump set etc.) (Refer Annexure - III for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Water Treatment Plant comprising of: Construction of 4 Sq.M Size Treatment Plant, Construction of Complete Water Treatment Plant (Package Type) (in 16 hours of operation) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution for treated water output quality for drinking purposes, having provision for Aeration, Rapid Mixing: with Filter Feed pump Room above it & Multi Media Filtration Unit all with necessary supporting PCC/RCC padding and or Stagoing as required, followed by disinfection, including all necessary Mechanical and Electrical Installation Work, having provision for Back Washing; Chemical dosing; Sludge disposal system; all internal connection & by-pass piping system all internal electrification work with all necessary electrical fittings & fixures etc., all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - IV for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Internal connection between UGR & TP: Constructing Internal connection between UGR & TP, Back washing arrangment, Aeration arrangment etc. all complete as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - V for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Materials of Internal connection between UGR & TP: Cost of materials required for Internal connection between UGR & TP, Back washing arrangment, Aeration arrangment etc. all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - VI for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Under Ground Reservoir with Treated Water Pump Room and Store Room : Constructing 1 (one) No. Assam Type Treated Water Pump Room and Store Room at Under Ground Reservoir for accommodating clear water pumping machinary for clear water pumping main route (there shall be 2 pump sets, 1W +1S) having minimum 42.34 Sq.m. Plinth Area with minimum 1000 mm plinth height from finished G.L.& 3.0 m. finished floor height above the plinth and 1.6 m roof height, having MS Rolling Shutter/ Collapsible Gate & Steel casement window/ ventilator, CC flooring with ironite topping for the entire pump room etc.Roof of the structure shall be of powder coated pre laminated corrugated Galvanised sheet with Steel Roof Truss. The structure shall have A.C. sheet ceiling with wooden frame. All internal faces of wall, soffit of ceiling etc in the building shall be finished with dry distemper (including the priming coat) over cement mortar plastering and exterior faces of the entire building shall be finished with weather coat cement paint (including priming coat) over cement mortar plastering. All steel work viz., MS lling Shutter/ Collapsible Gate/window/ventilator frame & shutter etc. shall be finished with synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat. Internal electrification of the entire structure shall be with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area, including providing all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., sufficient Nos. of light / fan / power socket etc. Necessary plinth protection work with side drain and white ant treatment etc. shall have to be provided for the structure, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - VII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

(1 Working + 1 Standby)10 HP three Phase Centrifugal monoblock pump set (Crompton Greaves/ Aquatic/ CRI/ V-Guard make) 2900 rpm A class insulation with Star delta Starter ( Crompton Greaves/ Control & Switch Gear/ BCH/ L& T / Siemens make) Fully Automatic citation including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear and all all necessary electrical and other installation works thereof along with required capacity Capacitor Bank Panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming system, anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, hooking up of the pump with the raw water pumping main as described in subsequent items of this BoQ etc., all complete as directed and specified. Water Disrtribution Pipe Net Work : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of distribution pipe network in water supply Zone including construction of brick masonary valve chamber,of assorted diameter ISI marked pipes suitable for drinking water supply conforming to IS:4984-2016 (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary control valves and specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc. (matching with the prescribe Grade & Presuure rating same as to that of pipe), and including transportation of the pipes, valves & specials & other appurtanances upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the pipes, specials & valves etc. in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc. by fusion welding; construction of required valve chamber and, hydraulic testing of the same (whole pipe network comprising of pipes, valves & specials etc.), including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; acquiring permission for road cutting etc., if any, from the competent authority; restoration of the excavated road surface (both heard crust and/or side berm) to its original condition; providing RCC supporting pillars for portion of pipe line to be laid along depressed area/ nullah crossing etc., if any; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - X for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Power Connection : Providing Power connection from existing Sub-Station to panel board of Clear Water Pump House at T.P. Site and to panel board of Raw Water Pump House near DTW site, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XI for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Internal Electrification : a) Internal Electrification of Raw Water Pump House near Deep Tube Well site, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

b) Internal Electrification of Store Room cum Pump House at 100000 litres capacity UGR, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XIII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Cutting and cleaning bushes consisting of plants inside the Treatment Plant campus at hill top and making path from DTW site at floor hill to T.P. Site at Top hill, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XIV for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Construction of Stone Masonary Retaining Wall including Brick wall with chain link fencing at Treatment Plant site, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XV for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Improvement of Approach Road at pumping station by providing and laying interlocking block pavement, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XVI for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Supply of T & P materials, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XVII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Construction of RCC Septic Tank, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XVIII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Trial Run : Trial Run of the complete water supply scheme after successful commissioning of all the system component of the same for 7 (seven) days including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, Helper, Casual labour etc. for both intake station & treatment plant; supplying of all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., including providing PoL for the Captive Power Generator for operating during Power Failure etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
