REPAIRS TO VARIOUS ROOFS AND WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OVER RCC ROOFS AT AF STATION DEVLALI

Taking up or down old steel water tubing including connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15mm bore all as specified and as directed .

All as in item No. 01 herein before but 20 mm bore.

All as in item No. 01 herein before but 25 mm bore.

Re-fixing old serviceable GI tubing 15 mm bore including new fittings as required at site and fixed in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc) all as directed.

All as in item No. 04 herein before but 20 mm bore.

All as in item No. 04 herein before but 25 mm bore.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed.

All as in item No. 07 herein before but 20 mm bore.

All as in item No. 07 herein before but 25 mm bore.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed.

All as in item No. 10 herein before but 25 mm bore.

Dismantling of unserviceable water tank of capacity 500 litres to 1000 litres of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tanks of 1000 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Supply and fix float valves of size 20 mm bore dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity, exc 500 liters & n. exc 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as direcetd.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plaster and roughning the surface cleaning the surface and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any thickness and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1.50 km and depositing where directed, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in over roof slab to fill undulations to achieve uniform slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface either roof or vertical surfaces of height not exceeding 300 mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufactures instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note:- water proofing shall be measured separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for APP modified roof treatment over non accessible RCC roof slab / chajja/conopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicatorof the membrane manufacturer complete as mentioned herein below: (i) Cleaning the plastered surfaces properly. (ii) Applying a coat of hot blown bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm on top of dry surface. (iii) laying APP membrane of thickness 3.0 mm thick weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fiber weight not less than 160 gram per sqm using butane torch by "torch', applicaton method with 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap all as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by "torch', applicaton method with 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap (v) Top of membrane shall be be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the ate of 0.2 Kg per sqm in two coats as prescribed by manufacturer.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 24 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
