Design, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of heavy duty endless racetrack type horizontal (flexible overlapping slat type) Flat arrival passenger baggage carousal having nominal loop length of 26 mtr, useful width of 950mm, height 450mm from finished floor level and speed of 24-30 mtr/min and having normal live loading capacity of 35 Kg per linear meter. The carousal shall have robust cast aluminium links, friction drive mechanism having motor of suitable HP with soft starting mechanism, worn gear reducer fitted directly on drive pully, MS slat support with stainless steel side covering, toe kick plate, trim / facia finish, chain track, emergency stop etc. with all other accessories as required for successful commissioning of baggage system as per technical specifications conditions including freight, insurance, taxes etc. as required.

SITC of control panel of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated outdoor type both side openable & accessible double door floor mounted with locking arrangement suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC supply having 200 amp capacity copper busbar i/c earthing connections and comprising of components, features and control logic as required for arrival baggage handling system including all copper cabling for outgoing connections from panel to motor, emergency switches, shutters including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of check-in conveyor system in Two sections comprising of weighing and dispatch conveyor including suitable capacity drive unit for each conveyor, weighing scale digital meters, side panels, toppling devices, stainless steel directional roller etc. as required as per technical specifications, special condition including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

Supply of heavy duty slider bed type take away/collector conveyor system having nominal useful width of 1000 mm and height 400 mm from finished floor level, live loading capacity of 35 Kg per linear meter, speed of 20-25mtr. / min. complete with PVC belt of 2 ply, 2mm thick on bed construction as specified i/c drive unit & end pulleys. take up pulleys, diversion rollers, side panels of stainless steel and all other accessories as per technical specifications including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

SITC of control panel of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated indoor type double side openable floor mounted with locking arrangement suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c. earthing connections and comprising of components, features and control logic as required for departure conveyor system including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required. Necessary all copper cabling for panels, motors, controls, emergency switches etc. are included.

SITC of electrically operated Aluminium rolling shutter of nominal size 1.5 mtr. (L) x 1.4 mtr. (W) with suitable capacity motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switches, sensors interlocking with conveyor starters, complete with guide channels, wiring, earthconnections, as required for the succesfull operation of the shutter and conveyor as per technical specifications including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

Supply & Installation of 3mm thick nylon rubber flaps drought curtain of suitable size for the opening area of above mentioned rolloing shutter and to be fixed with SS strip as per technical specifications including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

Supply & Installation of gravity rollers of 1.5 mtr in length and matching width with departure conveyor, complete in all respects i/c frame section, SS rollars, suitable supports as per specifications including freight, insurance, taxes etc as required.

Assembling, positioning, Installation, testing and Commissioning of arrival baggage carousal system with all accessories including minor Civil work such as grouting of structurers etc. at site including control panel, rolling shutter, curtain along with necessary out going power and control copper cables, earthing, i/c connections of Emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciation, as per specifications for complete conveyor system suitable for smooth operation. ( refer item no 1, 2, 6,7 & 8)

Assembling, positioning, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Complete Departure baggage Conveyor system including all check-in conveyors, collector conveyor, transport conveyor, control panel, rolling shutter, drought curtain, gravity roller with all accessories including minor Civil work such as grouting of structurers etc. with all out going power and control copper cables, terminations, interconnections, earthing, i/c emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciations, as per specifications for complete conveyor system suitable for smooth operation. (refer item no 3,4,5,6,7 & 8)

Total amount for SITC

AICMC FOR THREE YEARS (After DLP period of One year): All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the entire Baggage Handling Systems as covered under the capital works including all spares, consumables, manpower etc. including preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, break down maintenance etc. as per the recommendations of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-charge, standard engineering practice and special conditions specified for maintaining the above systems in acceptable functional, operational, serviceable conditions.
