Supply of 3CX 300 sq.mm size of HT XLPE insulated, stranded compact circular alumnium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, Insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with coper tape, cores laid up , inner sheath of FRLS PVC tape , galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall FRLS PVC sheathed cable of 33 KV (UE) HT grade conforming to IS 7098/ Part - II 1985 with latest amendments.

Supply of 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete as required.

Laying of 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (1.2 meter below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (1.2 meter below ground level) including refilling the trench but excluding excavation of trench and sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift up to 1.5 meters , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meters (minimum depath should be 1.2 meter and width should be 0.35 meter)

Providing, laying and fixing of 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (C class) on surface (horizonal or vetical) complete with G.I. fittings, clamps etc as required.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 Class (light duty) 250 mm R.C.C Pipes with collers jointed with stiff mixture of cement morter in proportion of 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Sand) including cutting / breaking PCC/Bituminous area upto 400 mm deep and 400 mm width remaking the same as good as previous etc. as required.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE pipe as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 300 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV (UE) grade as required. (Required Make: Raychem or Birala - 3M only)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 300 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV (UE) grade as required. (Required Make: Raychem or Biral - 3M only)

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 300 sq. mm x 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV (UE) grade as required. (Required Make: Raychem or Birla - 3M only)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zoneIII) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (heavy duty) 560 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg (weight of cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg). With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supply and Laying of 200 mm dia HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 07 meter below ground level) in all type of soil, coupling of pipe etc complete as per requirement in all aspect. (work includes obtaining NOC from railways if the HDD needs to done under the railway track).
