Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and deep in exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm and removal of debries from site to a distance upto 50 mtr spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to Pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by by applying tack coat 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stones chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (incl ) supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed. Note : quoted rate shall be inclusive of supply of road metal

M&L for providing Premix bitumenous, macadam with using 4% paving bitumens of binder(VG-30) content of total weight of mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient amd camber with the help laid by mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG 10) using paving bitumen at 5kg/ 10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The job design formula shall be got down from approved lab and got approval from GE before commencement of the work. 2. The rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight. Any addition/ deduction in the actual binder content used, the rates shall be adjusted as per SI item 20073.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes of Plastic body solid of size 110 x 120 x 23.5 mm for road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar powered illuminating blinking aluminium alloy body solid road studs of size 125 x 125 x 25 mm consisting of six super bright LEDs and high efficiency mono - crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt and one Ni- Mh or NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2/1600MA) for road complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temp with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2mm, by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 kg/sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as spoecified and directed.

S & F in repair delineators 70cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, with two number reflectors 110 mm dia of ABS body including earth work in excavation and cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair solar powered illuminating blinking delineators with road of 70cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, with two number reflectors 110 mm dia of ABS body including earth work in excavation and cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror of 80cm dia made of polycarbonate including fixing arrangments and earth work in excavation and cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 4800.00
