SCHEDULE `A' PART-XII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 13 to 27. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M & L for sand cushioning all around the cable for protection by natural tibba sand complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and Laying stone patti 40-50mm thick, 25-30cm wide abutting each other for cable protections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F horizontal PAN type (Wall mounted/Floor mounted) humidifier made from 1.2mm stainless steel sheet welded construction with steam outlet nozzle, top open able with stainless steel bolt heating element Electrical resistance immersion type stainless steel tube Chromium plated rating with capacity 6 KW heater with Thermostat to maintaining 85 C temperature controls float switch (low level cut out ) with nylon ball and float valve with stainless steel ball thermostat side glass insulation 25mm thick fiber glass wool clamed with 18 gauge thick CRC (Epoxy painted) sheet complete including pron of electric cable with accessories from main panel to Humidifier The electric panel made out of 1.8 mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy coated having the following items. Supply installation testing & commissioning of Ionization smoke detector consisting of dual ionization chamber and having radioactive oil of American 241 complete with base plate UL, UPCB approved system , sensor Edwardsense response indicator lamps mounting base on 'J' Box for fixing etc including wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire in steel conduit 20/25 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of photo electronic type smoke detector having of dual ionized chamber meant for easy detection oh high carbonised fume by means of light emitting principle complete with base UL, lpcb approved make and having radioactive oil of of American 241 complete with base plate UL, UPCB approved system , sensor Edward including wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire including steel conduit 25mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing test and commissioning of response indicator made from 16 SWG CRCA sheet having Dust red LED indicator & provision for cable / wire entry from top wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire including steel conduit 25mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing manual call box(pol box) made from 18 SWG CRCA sheet having single LED indicator and release type push button with incase of FIRE BREAK GLASS printed on front cover with chain and hammer including wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire including steel conduit 25mm dia all as specified

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of medium intensity electronic hooter (Siren) cum speaker made from 16 SWG CRCA sheet with Philips/Ahuja make speaker & circuit having on output of 80 DB & painted FIRE ALARM on top cover with fire red finish including wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire including steel conduit 25mm dia all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning Micro Processor based control panel (Fire Alarm control panel) of 6 Zones with battery charging circuit with power supply unit having provision for audio, video indications for FIRE FAULT, OPEN/SHORT EARTH CIRCUIT for each zone independently for tripping air conditioner unit split type in case of fire and shall have 2 x 12 volt 32 AH batteries set for 8 hour back up incase of main failure and shall have:- a) Visual & audio indicators for fire alarm b) Provision of sound all the sirens in case of actual fire/during testing. (c) Visual indications for clear, healthy and faultness circuit. (d) Facility to indicate failure of indications lamps of the circuit by visual audio alarm system different from actual fire alarm. (e) Facility to indicate audio able signals being switched off by means of indicating lamps.

Supply installed test and commissioning of 6 zones Repeater panel for introphasing the main panel having provisioning of Audio, Vidio, indicacation same as in main panel zones for remote indication including wiring with 1.0 Sqmm FRLSH wire including steel conduit 25mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set water cooled 415 Volt 3 Phase wire engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting of main failure control panel having meter sound proof canopy and foundation as per coy recommendation etc of capacity 100 KVA , all as directed. The design of integrated acoustic enclosure should be of type approved by National Physical Laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fitting PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 cm above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer. Vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specification :- (A) ENGINE - Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 100 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running conforming to IS-10002 ISO 3046 BS 5514. The engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Fly Wheel (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (v) Dynamo of suitable capacity (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry

(vii) fuel injecting pump(viii) Mechanical governor(ix) Fuel filter (Mounted) (x) Radiator fan (Blower type) with guard(xi) Lubricating of filters (Mounted)(xi) 12 Volt self regulating alternator belt driven by engine.(xii) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type. (xiv) Corrosion resistor/scale inhibitor (xv) Starter 12 VDC.(xvi) Lubricating Oil Cooler(xvii) Lubricating oil pump (Gear type) (xviii) Turbo charger (xviiii) Exhaust piping shall not be more than3.0 m with asbestos rope logging covered with aluminum foil caning.(xvii) Instrument panel electronic type with fault memory complete to be installed inside the sound proof enclosure with :- (a) Auto/manual starting switch with key. (b) Lubricating oil temperature gauge (c) Lubricating oil pressure gauge.(d) Water temperature gauge (e) Battery charging ammeter.(f) Battery charging indicating lamp. (g) Hour meter with RPM indicator. (h) Safety control against low lubricating oil pressure. (j) Safety control against high temperature of water. (k) Over speed stop with double driven adopter. (l) Coolant solution. (m) Control against high temperature of water.

(B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR :- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brush less alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or relevant IS-4722. (ii) Type :- Self-excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator.(iii) Rating :- 100 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition.(iv) Speed - 1500 RPM(v) System :- 415 Volts + 2.5% AC - 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ.(vi) Condition :- 4 wire star connected.(vii) Enclosure :- Screen protected drip proof(viii) Ventilation :- Self-ventilated.

(D) ONE SET OF ACESSORIES : COMPRISING OF :- (a) FUEL TANK : One No made of sheet steel 14 SWG and capacity to hold diesel sufficient for running 08 hours running at full load including :-(i) Level indicator of fuel tank(ii) Drain plug(iii) MS Class 'C' piping for inlet from pump to tank of engine (iv) Fuel strainer.(v) Fuel tank shall be mounted as per manufacturer's instructions.(b) SEMI ROTARY PUMP :- Manually operated fuel pump for filling diesel in the tank of adequate capacity with inlet connection to the tank with 5 m flexible hose pipe of suitable size heavy duty for suction of diesel from barrel.(c) BATTERY :-Heavy duty batted one No 12 V 180 AH connected to the system with multithreaded flexible copper lead 1.5 mtr long welded with battery terminals fully charged ready for lead complete all as specified. Make : Exide, Amaron(d) BASE PLATE :- Fabricated out of MS channel's and ISMC of suitable size suitable for fixing of DG set all as specified by the manufacturer.(E) TOOLS KIT :-(i) Box type spanner set consisting of 12 spanner - 01 Set.(ii) -do- but D/E ( 05 mm to 27 mm ) - 01 set.(iii) 1 year maint spare kit as per maint manual of manufacturer.
