Repair/ comprehensive maintenance/ testing of Fire alarm system (Make: Honeywell) smoke detectors (77 Nos), Heat detectors (6 Nos), Hooters (15 Nos), MCP (15 nos) including Smoke Detector Continuity Report, checking of all fire detectors are in working condition and the LED is working,carry out smoke test and detector fitness test once in every month and submit the report,Check all fire Panels and repeater panels.,Check all cables and ensure that there is no short circuit/break in the circuit, Carry out cleaning of all the external components, All faulty detectors, if noticed to be replaced with call log no, all false fire alarms would be investigated and to resolved including replacement of non-servicabe smoke sensor, heat sensor, remote panel , monthly inspection report all as per instruction, specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced spare parts are included in comprehensive maintenance of schedule item. Old material will be contractor property .

Repair/comprehensive maintenance/hydro testing of FM 200 (Fire suppression system-o4 cylinder, 80 KG Each) (Make: RAVEL FIRE) including Regular monthly Maintenance, Checking of proper pressure, Maintenance chart for each cylinder, Filling of gas if required due to any reason (Need extra charge with cost approval), including maintenace cost of VESDA LASER FOCUS 250 monthly inspection report all as per instruction ,specified and directd by Engr-in-charge.The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of schedule item.Old material will be contractor property .

Repair/ comprehensive aintenance/testing of water leak detection system (Make: STAR ELECTRONICS CONCEPTS) including regular monthly Maintenance, check all water leakage sensors, control panel, check insulation breakdown due to soaked leading cable leading to signal breakdown, check LED dispaly ststus for all zones including all maintenace cost of WLD System monthly inspection report all as per instruction, specified and directd by Engr-in-charge. The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced spare parts are included in comprehensive maintenance of schedule item. Old material will be contractor property .

M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of Transformer oil by dehydrating machine incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration all as specified and directed NOTE:- Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the dept. Test report to be submitted after completion of job. (Transformer 2x750 KVA)

Supply & Filling /pouring of up to the appropriate level Transformer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE:- Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site

Repar/ maintenance of transformer by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output ,supply cable, opening of top of transformer, detecting of fault ,u/s component, cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts, finding of oil leakage & sealing it by oil seal or gas welding etc if any all as specified and directed. (Transformer 750 KVA)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of floor mounted indoor type transformer of 750 KVA capacity by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth wire brushes to remove dust deposits oil grease and repainting by applying one coat of spray paint with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour without disturbing/damaging the electrical net work system/equipment including making of capacity /rating /incoming outgoing details in capital english alphabet of size all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective unserviceable LT bush porcelain insulator and supply and fix new LT bush porcelain insulator with oil seal for transformer outdoor/indoor of 750KVA all as specified and directed

Taking down defective unserviceable HT bush porcelain insulator and supply and fix new HT bush porcelain insulator for transformer outdoor/indoor of 750 KVA all as specified and directed

Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker/Oil Circuit breaker of any capacity 11 KV, 630 amp 25 KA,Make: joyti Ltd. for servicing, repairs, replacement of defective/worn out components and re-assembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Dismantling the HT VCB from the enclosure consisting of interuper assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and re-assembling the unit complete. (i) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC or Liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts. (ii) Checking the interrupter assembly and contacts. Checking the allignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacterurs tolerance. Badly potted contacts needs to be replaced. Note: Contacts shall be ordered separately. (iii) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/trackings,replacement of bushings.

(b) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HT VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective /worn out parts re-assembly complete for the following. (i) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to the motor bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (ii) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and parts. (iii) Checking the type and release prop and dash pot assembly making necessary adjustment including replacement of defective/worn out components. (iv) Checking the operating mechanism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufacterurs tolerance. (v) Checking of operating voltage at mechanism terminals and tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts and replace if necessary. (vi) Review the adjustment of all pressure switches and lockout devices. (vii) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and coller pins are in place and they are tight and opened properly. (viii) Inspection, cleaning and relubrication of circuit earthing truck with Aseol Molite or Moliday 47. Note:- (I) Cost of additional hardware like, bolts, nuts , washers and spring washers, petroliumjelly CTC, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
