Repairing and painting of Toe / Retaining walls at IIIT-A (As per Annexure-III in 8.3) If any typographical error kindly refer to Tender documents.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar DSR-2018, No. 15.7.4

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): From brick work in cement mortar. DSR-2018, No. 15.8.3

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Brick Shall be Supplied by Department) MR

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking, Lime, moorum, building rubbish upto 2 km, DSR-2018, No. 1.1.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : In Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), DSR-2018, No. 6.4.1

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. DSR-2018, No. 15.56

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), DSR-2018, No. 13.4.2

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete. DSR2018, No. 13.88

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR-2018, No. 13.80

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. DSR-2018, No. 13.111.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.99.1 One or more coats on old work. DSR-2018, No. 13.99.1
