M&L for Ridges or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding any type and description fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hard wood 20mm boarding clean sawn with butt joints planed on one side fixed with nails in any situation as in weather boarding or eaves boarding complete all as specified and directed.
