Supply fabrication and Erection of Carbon Steel (CS) Ducting: The work involves a)Supply of cold rolled Carbon Steel sheets of thickness 2.00 mm as confirming to IS 513-2008 of designation CR3. b)preparation of circular/rectangular section duct/ fittings fabrication, development & cutting plan/ drawings for Engineer’s acceptance, rolling, cutting of sheets to required size & shape, bending, edge preparation, drilling, weld fit up, TIG welding for fabrication of circular and rectangular ducts & fittings such as bends, elbows, taps, T-joints, reducers fitted with vanes/ splitters of various sizes, collar piece for grill and mesh fixing, access doors in the duct as per WD and technical specifications c)erection of circular/rectangular section ducts & fittings at site, welding using GTAW process, mounting on permanent supports as shown in working drawings. performing non destructive testing such as DPT, root & final dye penetrant testing of weld joint, deploying NDT qualified personnel in ISNT/ ASNT level-2 and post cleaning of weld joint, visual inspection. d)Preparation of erection reports, as built drawing, CCC required for completion of work as per the technical specifications and drawing. This work also includes arrangement of all tools and tackles, machineries, consumables, welding filler wire, manpower of all categaries required for execution of work.

Instrumentation hole (ih) points in CS duct: Supply and erection of instrumentation hole setup (ih) points over CS ducts as per the specifications The work also involves, driling of hole in duct, welding, fixing of bolt, touchup painting as per WD and specifications.

Supply and application of Paint in Carbon Steel Ducting: The work includes Supply of paint and zinc rich epoxy primer and Surface preparation, grit blasting, application of approved painting system consisting of zinc rich epoxy primer, finish epoxy painting of approved shade as per technical specification on both side surfaces of ducts, duct fittings, vanes.

GI duct and fittings 0.7 mm Circular and rectangular

Supply and erection of ih.(inspection hole) arrangement as per for GI duct: This work also involves marking, drilling of required opening in the GI duct, cleaning and erection of i.h setup in duct as per technical specification

Supply and Erection of Metal Mesh over Carbon Steel (CS & GI) Ducting: Supply, fabrication and erection of metal wire mesh size 10 mm x 10 mm and wire dia 1 mm over ventilation ducting as per the drawings and technical specifications. This work also includes cutting and making opening in the air duct by cutting/ grinding wheel, welding of fabricated metal mesh over the duct as per the specification, arrangement of tools & tackles, machineries, consumables, welding filler wire, manpower required for execution of work.

Supply, fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel: Supply of structural steel material conforming to IS 2062, E250, Quality BR consisting plates/ sheets/ angle/ channel/ beam and various profile as per IS 808, metal gratings, fasteners as per IS 1363 grade 5.6 and grade 8.8 etc, transportation, storage, handling, fabrication of ventilation duct support structure, fitup & welding, shifting, erection, site welding, inspection as per drawing and technical specification. This work also includes providing scaffolding / temporary platforms, man power, tools, tackles, plant and machineries, welding electrodes, other consumables and preparation of reports and submission for accpetance.

Grit blasting and supply and application of primer for support structures : Handling of supports, metal structure, shifting to blasting area, grit blasting using steel grits/shot,supply & application of Inorganic Zinc Silicate primer with minimum thickness(DFT) of 75 microns as per technical specification , inspection, testing, preparation of reports and work completion as per drawings, documents and specifications. The scope includes assesement of material requirement, procurement of grit/shot, primer with material test certificate, inspection at contractor's store, preparation of IMIR (incoming material inspection report) arrangement of expert man power, tools & tackles, P&M, consumables, cleaning aids etc with acceptance of EIC. Note : Work includes application of primer on field weld joints for metal structures after welding.

Supply & Application of finish paint coats on structure: Identification of metal structures, surface cleaning, supply and application of finish paint of two coats of High build epozy painting of thickness 80-90 microns each on outside surface of specified color shade, inspection, preparation of reports, testing and work completion as per the drawings, documents and specification with acceptance of EIC. The work scope includes assessment of material requirement, procurement with material test certificate, handling, inspection at contractor's store, establishment of workshop, application, arrangement of man power, qualification of procedures, scaffolding and platforms, tools & tackles, P&M, consumables Note : Work includes application of paint on field weld joints for metal structures after welding.
