Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation for foundation layingof UG cable/pole/stays etc in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerbs stone or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete fixed in position & set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old steel & iron surface of width or girth exc 10cm & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Jaisalmer stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with adhesive and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener polishing, rubbing & including all mouldings and silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mehrab stone gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size (450 x 300 x 35mm) designed as required fixed with adhesive and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener polishing, rubbing & including all mouldings and silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chatri Dholpur stone gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size as per drng (size 600 x 600 x 1500mm) fixed with adhesive and including and drilling hole for hold fastener, TMT bar, polishing, rubbing & including all mouldings and silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling Random rubble masonary uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (Endura tile/parking tile) 30cm x 30cm x 10-12 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over 15 mm screed bed in CM mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick granite ( of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand stone slab in plateform slab set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stone of size ranges 50mm to 100mm depositing spread and levelled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed & rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roll to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed plaster 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC incl necessary doubingout etc finished even and smooth for laying WPT without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces 75mm radius and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 3mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 40mm thick (minimum Consolidated thickness) Type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped groves 6mm wide and 10mm deep @ 0.60 metre spacing both bays or part there of on top of padding and filled with mastic bitumen of 1:1 preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose /disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dobbing out with PCC 1:1:5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces of reinforcement and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/stone masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster using crushed stone of size between 6 mm to 10 mm, coarse sand and cement mixed in the ratio of (1:1:1) over and including rendering coat of 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry, concrete surfaces (external walls) or stone walls upto tripple storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all specified. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ( For external plaster surfaces) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of rain water pipe /UPVC pipe line 100mm/75mm dia incl all fittings complete all as specified.

M & L for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe/ rain water pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in floors or walls etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be conforming to IS 5382-1985

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings, cooler stands etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 incl necessary fixing to walls etc and dismantling of old wrought iron work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel painting to steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, etc including dismantling of old sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection/flooring etc. finished fair & even laid in alternative bays n. exc 2M in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting asides ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and re-fixing reconnecting in same position, of capacity exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs each etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boaring holes horizontally under Road by trenchless technology without damaging the surface of road as per given/ directed depth below the road surface RM with the help of boring machine/ or by manual means and laying of DWC Pipe of any dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and directed. (Note: DWC pipe laid shall be measured seperately).

S&F Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe of size 63mm Outer Dia x 50mm Inner Dia Pipe as per new IS-16205 (for electrical cable uses) in protection of RM UG Cable laid in trenches of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of pipe coupler with rubber ring is deemed to be included in the unit Quoted Rate.

Supply and laying in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 2 core x 06 RM Sqmm, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in DWC Pipe including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old LED post top Lantern any type and Supply & fixing in replacement of new generation, LED 40W Decorative Post Top Lantern, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with IP66 protection high power LED as light source by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm as required length complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old LED bollard light any type, unserviceable light fitting and Supply & fixing in replacement of LED 9/10 W landscape lighting bollard type pressure die cast powder coated Each housing with PC diffuser, efficient light output LED with IP66 including potted driver with surge protection upto 4 KV, by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm as required length complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing flood light fitting any type and Supply and fixing LED flood light 50 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.with all fixing arangement, nuts, bolts and washer connecting to electric system with 1.5 sqmm PVC copper stranded conductor 2/3 core as required length from light fitting to street light control box/control Switch on pole/Panel/Timer, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of three core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor street light complete all as specified and directed.
