REPAIR /MAINT OF OLD SEWAGE LINE MH, GT FLOOR TRAP, TRAP AND CLEANING OF BLOCKAGE AND OTHER MISC B/R IN DUTTA, JJ, NAIDU, BHARGAV, OLD GUPTA, NEW GUPTA AND OTM ACCN DOMESTIC AERA AT AF STN UTARLAI

M&L for rectifying complaints of blockage of bathroom/ kitchen / WC Indian or European type by cleaning all the mud / sludge from the floor/ nahani/ gully traps etc at ground floor or above ground floor (upto 3rd floor) and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes upto first manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork and all necessary T & P as required for this purpose. NOTE :- (a) Complaint slip shall collected by the contractor/supervisor from MES complaint cell at 09:00 Hrs and submit the same duly signed by the occupant at 17:00 Hrs in the complaint cell. It will be the responsiblity of the contractor to ensure their attendance & completion of complaints. (b) If any complaint is not resolved within 24 / 48 Hrs as per the severity of complaint as decided by the Engr-in-charge, the recovery @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day will be charged from RAR or Final Bill. (c) During cleaning of blockages removed grating will be refixed in existing position with white/grey cement after clearing of blockage from traps. (d) The contractor will ensure the cleaning/clearing of all the complaints (irrespective of Nos) within 24 Hrs by deploying addl sewerman/ safaiwala if needed. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. (e) Contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety measures required by the sewerman/ safaiwalas during working hours. (f) Seperate complaint register shall be maintained by the contractor for ser item no. 1 to 9 as per given format and shall be got checked by JE and verified by Engr-in-charge on daily basis without fail after completion of complaint. (g) All the waste material /sludge shall be disposed off out of MoD land.

Rectifying complaints of cleaning of sewage lines upto and including 200mm bore dia and at any depth between consecutive manholees, manually or mechanically (by super suction machine), through connecting manholes, over and including complete men, machine and water as required, incl. removal and refixing of manhole covers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

-ditto- as per item no. 2 here-in-before but above 200mm and upto 300 mm bore dia.

M&L for cleaning of manholes / septic tank of size not exceeding 2.00 sqm plan area and upto 2.00m deep from GL and taking out sludge, night soil, sludge water etc, manually or mechanicall (by super suction machine) where manual cleaning is not possible and removing the same to a distance n. exc 1.50km outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

-ditto- as per item no. 4 here-in-before but above 4.00m and upto 6.00m depth Note for item No. 4.00 to 6.00:- Excavation & earth filling including disposal of surplus soil to outside MoD land shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.

Removing blockage of sewage lines of any dia and depth of manholes including lines and manholes connected to STP upto 10mtr depth and cleaning of sewage lines, manholes of any size/depth using high pressure sewer suction cum jetting machine, truck 25/18 mounted along with all necessary attachments tank/suction pumps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : This item is executed where cleaning is not possible by super suction machine.

Dewatering the existing manhole/grease trap/septic tank/soakage well of size exceeding 2.00 sqm plan area and any depth by bailing out /pumping out or by any other means and depositing the same off into existing open drain /surrounding low lying area nearby all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning & desludging by removing semi solid sludge from the manhole/grease trap/septic tank/soakage well of size exceeding 2.00 sqm plan area and any depth manually or mechanically in foul condition including all necessary tools and plants required for removal of sludge and solid contents from the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The sludge obtained after de-sludging shall be remove out side defence land immediately without any extra cost from the MoD land by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations, manholes, sewerage pipe lines etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .
