Removing of old U/S Existing ply wood top from Bed Ply Wood Top and S & F of new top 12 mm thick ply wood commercial face BWR Grade of same shape and size rest all as per Drg and as Directed

Removing of old U/S teak face ply wood 4 mm thick from Head Board and S & F new 4 mm thick one side teak face on both side of Head Board with 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the head board after repairing the complete head board. Rest all as per drg and as directed .

All as per item No.1.02 above But Foot board.

Side Board / Binsoiled linen multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09, FD-26,241 & 371- Removing of the following old broken/ Unserviceable parts from Side Board and Supply and Fixing new parts made out of Ist class hard wood Teak well seasoned and 18mm thick prelaminated particle board both side laminated exterior grade shade as directed made to shape and size as per drg duly polished complet all as specified and shown on drg and as directed .

Taking out old U/S front single door of side board and S&F new door made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior gade, one side teak face and white laminated on other side and providing 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the top all as specified on drawing and directed.

Taking out old U/S side of side board and S&F new side made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, one side teak face and white laminated on other side complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

Taking out old U/S back portion ply of side board and S&F of new ply 6mm thick, BWR grade, commercial all as specified on drawing and directed.

Taking out old U/S top board of side board and S&F new top board made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior gade, one side teak face and white laminated on other side and providing 3mm thick awood beading all-round the top all as specified on drawing and directed.

Taking out old U/S bottom portion board of side board and S&F of new bottom board made of 18mm thick, prelaminated prarticle board, extrerior garde both face white laminated complete all as specified on drawing and directed.

Taking out old U/S drawer of side board and S&F New drawer to be made of 12mm thick, well seasoned sheesham wood planks and 6mm thick commercial ply at bottom of drawers.

Removing of U/S knob and S&F new knob best quality as per drg and directed .

CHARPOY FOLDING FD/E6/Map/

S & F in repairs new 12 mm thick plywood top, BWR grade of size 6'x3' along with with screws washers etc complete all as per drawing and as directed

Replacing of existing old cushion foam size 22”x21”x4” from seat and back of Sofa set and supply and fixing of new cushion foam 22”x21”x4” (U Foam) 32 density of sleep well OR Godrej PURITO or ,kurlon & covered with cloth tapestry as per sample approved by GE (Cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300/- per meters). Removing the U/S drawer from table and supply and fixing of new drawer made to shape and size, front / Back and both side and bottom of the drawer with 18mm thick seasoned first class hard wood (teak) including polishing glossy finish and fitted with 1 No. knob as shown on drawing , etc complete . Note:- Each Drawer shall be measured as one unit.

Removing the U/S prelaminated particle board from table and S&F of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board , for both side of table writing 6mm teak BWR play wood duly ISI Marked fitted to rear side , including polishing, glossy finish,etc complete, all as directed . Make of plywood: Kitply / Archid ply / Green ply / Century Ply. Make of BD: Bhutan Bd / Novapan/Eco BD.

Removing the U/S shutter from table and providing new shutter made out of 18mm thick preleaminated particle board, ISI Marked, exterior grade, with one side laminated face and other side balancing white, including edge beading of 6mm thick teak wood fixed with 18" long MS bright piano type hinges and one knob as shown on drawing. Note:- Eachshutter shall be measured as one unit. Make of BD: Bhutan Bd / Novapan / Eco BD.

Polishing: Preparing the surface of wooden furniture of any description, by applying sand paper, removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by applying Bees wax and chalk powder etc,and applying french polish to all faces, applied uniformly, glossy finish, etc complete all as specified and as directed for Make of polish :- Shenlac
