EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY. M&L Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 650mm x 650mm x 650mm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall subclass B bricks in CM (1:6) over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 10 cm below ground level and providing 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) of size 250 x 200 x150 mm including provision of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3.15 mm thick , MS Handle of suitable size welded with MS cover and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Sluice valve PN -1.0 (IS- 14846) flanged type of size 80mm dia including spindle, wheel head, MS nut, bolts and washer and pair of rubber /fibre gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two run 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor cable drain into and including steel conduit pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- steel conduit pipe will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for stove enamelled steel conduit pipe 20mm dia with necessary mounting arrangement on pole from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing thermo plastic terminal box of size 167 x 125 x82mm with metric knockouts for cable entry and locking arrangements and necessary mounting arrangement on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts and washer etc. including one SP MCB of suitable capacity and PVC connector for cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for street light bracket made out of GI tubing light grade upto 1.5 mtrs long 40 mm dia including bending , welding as required and making holes and flat iron clamps 50 x 6 mm thick two nos with nut bolts and washers suitable to fix on steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for LT distribution panel outdoor type floor mounted made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, weather proof/vermin proof with locking arrangement and bottom “C” Chanel with 3 phase 4 wire with cable chamber and copper busbars of capacity 250 Amps, size of panel suitable to accommodate one incoming and 5 outgoing MCCBs and including indication lamps, digital type voltmeter & ammeter including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including suitable size platform and angle iron legs of 50 x 6mm thick & foundation etc with the following switch gears :- (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 36KA, 415V 4 Pole -1No(I/C) (b) MCCB 32 A 16KA, 4 POLE -04 Nos (outgoing ) (01 for toilet + kitchen, 01 for study room + Store, 01 for Street Light and one spare) (c ) MCCB 63 A 16 KA, 4 pole -01 Nos (outgoing ) ( L/in Accn)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transfer step down outdoor type, floor mounted, 11.00/0.433KV, capacity 100 KVA, 50 Hz, 3 phase, percentage of impendence 5% conforming to IS-2026 (part-1) 1997, oil cooled including ON load changing tap arrangement up to +10% in steps of +1.25% as per the following description :- (a) Connection –DYN 11 (b) Cooling –ONAN (c ) Winding – Copper, HT side Delta connection, LT side star connection 3 phase 4 wire (d) Oil inlet and output pipe with gun metal valve and drain pipe (f) First fill up oil of requisite dielectric strength (g) Air release plug All tests shall be carried out according to IS -2026 Part-I,II, III & IV. The Contractor shall furnish original paid voucher and test certificate of the CRGO manufacturer. Prior to manufacture the general arrangement, drawing and design details of the transformer shall be approved by the accepting officer. Note :-PCC platform shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/panel or lightning arrestor of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100 mm /C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh,20mm bore GI pipe (medium Grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (Compacted Thickness)around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION AND WATER COOLER. Supply, installation and commissionig of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nomnal cooling 40/80 ltrs with refrigent R-134a,(Non CFC) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Voltage stabilizer (wall mounting type) for automatic operation, single phase indoor type, designed for input variation between 150V to 270V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of 200-240V + 2% of capacity 1KVA including fixing on wall complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Vertex model No –VR-51 or equivalent from make list as specified in PS.

Supply and installation of refrigerators electric driven single phase 230 volts frost free of capacity 215 Ltrs Single Door complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL. Construction Septic Tank for 50 users all as specified and as shown on drawings.
