B. Important Notes 1. Unrealistic or unviable financial bids shall not be accepted. • Contractor’s Service / Administrative Charges must be more than 3.85% to 7% of the consolidated wages. • Wages shall be paid in accordance with the applicable minimum wage notification issued by the government of Bihar(Labour Recourse Department) based on the category of manpower engaged (Semi skilled/skilled/unskilled )the wages shall be inclusive of all statutory obligation such as EPF, ESI, and other applicable allowances as per prevailing norms. 2. Quoting in fraction of a rupee is not permitted. 3. All figures must be clear, legible, and without overwriting or interpolation. 4. Wages should not be less than the minimum wages rate as issued by Labour Resource and Migrant Workers Welfare Department, Bihar effectively on 01.04.2026
