Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand and ten of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for foundation inclusive of dewatering if found necessary, shoring, strutting, side shuttering, ramming, curing and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC column footings, plinth beams, staircase steps, grade beams, sill slabs, etc., using mild steel sheets of size90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with mild steel angle of size 25mmx25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by silver oak joists of size 10x6.5cm etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height with all cross bracings for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm 10 guage stiffened with M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering will be made only after the concrete is laid)

Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, rectangular, square Tee or Ell beam, lintel, bed block staircase waist and landing slabs, landing beam, canopy etc.

Flooring the colour ceramic tiles of size 305 mm x 305 mm x 6 mm set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20 mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.30 Kg./Sq.M. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mmx230mm x20mm of approved quality incement mortar 1:3 12mm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmenal officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing Stainless Steel door frame 1.60 mm thick of grade 304 for door frame of No. 4 finish with necessary furniture fittings like 3 Nos. Of 125 mm stainless steel hinges and 6 Nos.of hold fast, two Nos. of corner joints, 1 No. of tie rod, etc., including dismantling the masonry and redoing the same to the original condition etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing with solid PVC Door Frame with Shutters using 19gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. (The make and brand of the tiles should be like Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK or Equivalent which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. S.I.306

Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete inter locking paver block of 63mm thick, in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using difference design and with stand for pressure of 150 - 200 kg/m2 over the existing sand cushion by using earth rambers and also vibratting the concrete blocks often laying using plate vibrators etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufracturing supplying and fixing stainless steel hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 340L garde stainless steel pipe of 1.6mm thick will be provided with Tublar supports made of 340L garde stainless steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.6mm thick welded to the railing at required locations at the height of 900mm with 2 Nos of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. the vertical pipe has to be welded to 100 x 100 x 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete.
