Development of Mashiche Mal ground with all sports facilities in ward no. 05 at Nanus vado Valpoi.( Phase III)

Earthwork in excavation over areas/Trenches by mechanical/mannual means at all depths( till 3 mt) in all types of strata’s comprising of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel moorum of all varieties shringles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates laterite rocks, ordinary rocks, disintegrated rocks, fissured / shattered rocks decomposed rocks or weathered rocks and all such other materials as described under appendix “A” to these specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any method / methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of blasting chiseling wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist foul submerged saturated etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, etc. all complete including dressing of sides, ramming of bottom including all leads and lifts including getting out the excavated soil as directed including pumping and bailing out water, barricading danger lighting guarding as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling n plinth and floors with contractors material /brought from outside and approved by Engineer incharge in layers of 15cm to 20cm including watering and compaction etc. complete.

Refilling the plinth , flooring, foundations etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Loading and unloading of excavated earth.By mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking upto a lead upto 10 kms

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing anti – termite treatment to buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adopting precautions for health hazards and safety measures as required therein with the cost of all materials, chemicals, plants, equipments required for the treatment and furnishing a guarantee for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicating any infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete. Making plinth protection 50mm thick of Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry laterite aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying upto floor five level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including smooth finishing to exposed surfaces, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including centering and shuttering etc.
