Preventive Routine and Overhauling and Breakdown Maintenance and General Upkeep of C W Pumps and associated System of 2x500 MW BTPS Anpara

Part-(A) Preventive Routine Maintenance and general upkeep of C.W. Pumps, Lub. Water Pump, piping, Valves, NRVs, Tanks, etc. of unit 4 & 5.

Part-(A) Operation up-keeping routine maintenance of of EOT Crane of C.W. Pump House in general shift. From (8.30 hrs. to 17.30 hrs) including one hour lunch time.

Part-(A) Operation of EOT cranes besides above hrs. in emergency, during holiday and Sunday on overtime basis as per site requirement.

Part-(B) Rectification/Replacement of Butter-fly valve sheet (Rubber Gasket) without repair/replacement of Retaining Ring as per scope of work.

Part-(B) Rectification/Replacement of Butter-fly valve sheet (Rubber Gasket) with repair/replacement of Retaining Ring as per scope of work.

Part-(B) Servicing of Gearbox of Butterfly valves of C.W. Pumps.

Part-(B) Decoupling, Alignment, Coupling of Pump with its motor in addition to O/H of pump as and when required (On request of Electrical Maintenance Division)

Part-(C) Complete overhauling/ Breakdown maintenance (in case of failure of pump due to any reason) of C. W. Pumps by carrying out the following work as detailed in scope of work. Including following works. (a)Decoupling of motor, dismantling of coupling of the pump. (b) Dismantling of Thrust bearing and pump, after dismantling of cooling pipes. (c) Cleaning, checking & revisioning /changing of worn out parts/components. (d) Assembling of the pump. (e) Alignment of the pump with motor after clearance from motor side.(f) Coupling of motor after proper alignment. (g) Commissioning of pump set

Part-© Epoxy painting on inside/outside surface of C.W. Pumps elements with all associated pipe line/valve etc. including supply of epoxy paint as per technical specification details.

Part-© Replacement of Spherical Roller Bearing/ Maintenance work of NRR/ any type of breakdown maintenance work in which dismantling of CW Pump up to discharge elbow is required.

Part-© Replacement of expansion bellow/Butterfly valves (Ist & IInd Isolation valve) of CW Pump discharge line as per scope of work.

Part-© Overhauling of EOT crane of CW Pump House as per scope of work

PART-D Overhauling of Air release vents/valves installed on C.W. Duct of Unit 4 & 5.

PART-D Plugging/Clamping of Air vent pipe to minimize water leakage

PART-D Replacement of Air Vent pipe/valve.

PART-D Changing of packing of manholes of CW ducts

PART-E Re-rubberisation of old and worn out cutless rubber lined bearing in bronze shell of Intermediate shaft of C.W. Pumps Material: Synthetic Nitrile Length of Bronze shell : 320 mm I.D. of Bronze shell : 184 mm ID of bearing after rubberisation: 160mm

PART-E Re-casting of old & damaged bronze shell and rubberisation of rubber lined bearing of Intermediate shaft of CW pump Material: - Bronze and synthetic Nitrile Length of Bronze shell : 320 mm O. D. of Bronze shell: 200 mm. I.D. of Bronze shell : 184 mm O.D. of flange of Bronze shell : 264 mm Thickness of flange of Bronze shell:14mm (As per drawing)

PART-E Re-rubberisation of old and worn out Hanger Roller of KONE Lift Material: -Synthetic Rubber/Teflon O.D. of Hanger Roller with rubber: -85 mm Width of Hanger Roller: -19 mm
