Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (one milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all heights including all lead and lift as per the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-charge.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) to 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters (Two point five square meters) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) in all heights including all leads & lifts as per entire satification of the Engineer-in -Charge.
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (Ten square meter) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in all heights including all leads & lifts as per entire satification of the Engineer-in -Charge.
Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm) in all heights including all leads & lifts as per entire satification of the Engineer-in -Charge
Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (Ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacturen all heights including all leads & lifts as per entire satification of the Engineer-in -Charge
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre (Twenty five meter) height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm (Forty milimeter) dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre (one point five meter) centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. including all lead and lift as per the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-charge.
