Repair of 02 No. 5.5 Cs. Sintech. Make at pump house DNM-1 including labour charges. : (A) Providing and fitting of 01 No. ball bearing 6312 in TBH assembly of 5.5 Cs. Pump (P-2). (PH DNM-1)

(B) Providing and fitting of 01 No. thrust bearing 6215 in TBH assembly of 5.5 Cs. Pump. (PH DNM-1)

(C) Making of bearing sheet of TBH assembly. with machine work.

(D) Dismantling of 05/ 5.5 Cs. VT pump complete for repair work and including reassembling of this pump in its original position after all repairs such as: - Replacement of all rubber bush set, making new GM bush making new SS socket, SS sleeve of line shaft, Repair to line shaft by metal filling and turning work/ thread cutting work, repair to Impeller shaft, impeller balancing work on machine, replacement of all nuts/ bults etc. as required for smooth functioning of this pump as per site requirement. Repair of 01 No. 5 Cs. pump (P-2) at PH HD-6 : (A) Providing and fitting of bearing 7214 B in TBH assembly. (7214-B-XL-JP) as per existing.

(B) Making of bearing sheet of TBH assembly. with machine work.

(C) Dismantling of 05 Cs.
